extremely high memory usage almost all the time

Im getting near constand 3.4 GB of ram usage, and it never drops below 3 GB. Textures are all compressed to 2048 or lower. What settings should I turn down to reduce this , or is it not really a problem. I've only encountered crashes when flying through the air at a speedmult much higher than normal (50 as opposed to 4)

How much of the RAM is being used by processes other than Fallout 3 including the OS? How much RAM does your system have?

 

 

On my system Fallout 3 by itself (see the memory display in the Task Manager) uses 1-2Gb RAM. This does not include any RAM used by the OS or other applications that are running in the background or foreground. If you use ENBoost the RAM use could be higher.
