First Time Playing Fallout 3 Modded! Any Suggestions?

i performed vanilla on console for years, but these days switched to my computer. i have just started my steam playthrough with all the dlc and the mods listed beneath. if i made any terrible mod alternatives or there are any that i actually need to encompass, please let me recognize. thank you!!
