Hi Lexy,

 

i have a problem since a short time when drawing a weapon.

When i draw a weapon the weapon is invisible. when i put down the weapon and draw again now i can see the weapon.

Thats a bug and annoying.

 

which mod is causing this?

I get this all the time, also.  I die frequently enough without my daggers going missing too.  ;)  I use hotkeys to switch primary weapons - then when they've disappeared, without fail I retry the draw and end up sheathing instead...  shortly afterward, my corpse is usually on the ground.  Good times!

 

I don't think this was always an issue, though.  I want to say my last LLOTD play build (a few months back) worked fine.  Maybe i'll take advantage of the wait for the Burma-less build to try and track it down...

Hey guys, I have been trying to make Master Spells "non-Ritual" (to move around while casting them) in CK. I think it feels better that way and it doesnt really affect the balance.
Before I was using this guide, all i had to do was remove the "Ritual Spell" Keyword (can't quite remember what it's called) from the Spell in CK.
But now there are no Keywords to remove, so I can't do it this way. I tried it with "Lighting Storm" first.

Anyone can help me out please?

Hello.

 

OMEGA Lexy LOTD CACO Consistency Patch, was made with Mator Smash (according to what I see on SSEEDIT)? Is it safe to redo the process of that one myself with a mashed patch and without a few mods I do not want to use.

 

In my case, I don't want to install Moonpath or Grey Cowl mods so I skipped those entirely in the guide. And thus I can't use that consistency patch as it has dependency on those masters. And I heard it's dangerous to remove the masters (or very tedious with all those records).

 

That also means for some other confliction resolution patches in this guide which depend on Moonpath and Grew Cowl.

I have also had this problem from time to time. I've been too lazy to try to figure it out, but I'm wondering if some interaction with Immersive Weapons might be to blame? I'm just so used to double-drawing them by now lol.

yes same here ^^ but sometimes in stress situations where enemies are suddenly behind you it is strange to behead an enemie with "air" ^^

Four people. At least. It's come up a few times on the discord as well, and we've not found a solution. Annoying... maybe, but for my mind, as long as things still die (and it's not me trying to aim a bow, which is impossible with no bow showing...) it doesn't bother me too much. I'm not sure about it being the Dynamic Equipment Manager, since I am almost certain I've been seeing this longer than that mod has been a part of the guide. Still, it's at least a place to start looking.

Removing masters is not overly difficult - check the Guide's Troubleshooting section for a detailed guide on how to do this. Note that (for the easiest removal) you'll need the masters you are excluding to start with, but will be able to get rid of them once the process is complete.

Thanks, I'll take a look there now. I hope you're right, if I get stuck on a certain aspect of that I'll report back.

From what I can see, removing Dynamic Equipment Manager did the trick - no more invisible weapons.  Consistent on a couple saves with/without.  It's very nice being able to aim the bow (though i'll sadly miss my flowing locks in 3rd person :).  I also notice there's also a comment on the DEM page about invisible weapons (though no resolution).
