Hi Abusive_Spinach! Welcome to STEP :D

Have yea found BethINI? FINIp=old program.  DoubleYou's da man! =An INI creator that "Fixes" Bethesda's ini's.

Your Specs are Overkill for Fear & Loathing and Your load order looks fine... tho I skimmed it.  Similar to mine. Nothing out of Place.

Anti-Aliasing... are you using too much?  Being a Nvidia card you could be doubling up on AA somewhere.

ENB Boost... Turn off the Graphic settings and just run the Boost.  OR Turn it off completely.

But I'm just shooting ideas.  Good Luck!

When you were installing EssArrBee's additional weapons, did you happen to install the Crossbow mod? That will tank your FPS, specifically in GoodSprings.

By awful FPS, I mean varying from 28-60 fps depending on what I'm looking at. I'd say that I was getting an average of 40 just walking around Goodsprings. I'll try out all of these ideas after I get some free time. Thanks! I didn't install any of the additional weapons.

Yesterday I realized that my CPU was throttling a bit because the thermal paste had dried out, so that has helped somewhat. Walking around outside of Goodsprings near Primm I was getting 50-60 fps pretty consistently, but every so often the game would just stutter or drop to 30 fps for a second. This would happen about every 20 seconds or so. I used BethINI and I made sure it was changing MO's profile inis. On an unrelated note, the game gave me a silenced .22 machine gun and a riot shotgun straight from the start. Is there any way to start with less OP weapons? Thanks a million guys
