mcshame Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 I'm looking to record my Fallout 3 play through on YouTube.I'm having a hell of a time with copyright music detections. I'm going to play with the music off but the random radios in homes playing music will likely cause me problems. Is there a mod that turns off radios in the wasteland? Pipboy radio would still be needed but not for music
Kelmych Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 I'm not aware of a mod that does this. I don't know what YouTube does with vanilla Fallout 3 music from Bethesda. If that isn't the problem you could temporarily disable the mods that add music which YouTube thinks are copyrighted.
mcshame Posted March 28, 2016 Author Posted March 28, 2016 (edited) It doesn't like the vanilla ambient music for sure. The copyright claims are crazy, post 8 videos, 6 flagged, 2 muted! So far, the ones that are muted were from ambient but I expect problems... Edited March 28, 2016 by mcshame
Kelmych Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 You might look in FO3Edit at the base radio object and see if it is possible to change the default radio station. I have never looked at these in detail. It might even be possible for them to default to off.
GrantSP Posted March 28, 2016 Posted March 28, 2016 I remember seeing Gopher get hit with that before. He has a video explaining it and what he did to get around it.
