Part two downloading :)

Part 1 downloaded and camping out the site for the rest, been waiting a while to get ahold of this looking forward to the last two parts.

Seems the Wiki decided to take Thanksgiving off :) Getting a 503 off of any page I attempt to go to.

Going through the initial setup of BethINI from what I understand of the readme files it's supposed to auto-detect MO which it is not. I'm having to Browse out of ..Documents\My Games\Skyrim\ to point it to ... Mod Organizer\profiles\profile name\ instead of being able to select which profile I care to edit under the Setup tab INI Path. MO was Set-up using the 1.3.11 installer version from the nexus and a scan of my registry files show the install path set along with the nexus file association. Running Windows 10 x64 pro OS Build 14971.1000 version 1607. Don't know if it will make a difference in the long run or if there is a setting that I need to add to the base bethINI.ini file so the program picks up on mods as I add them later. I'm going through STEP and basically replacing the whole INI section with using this tool. Great work btw. Just need to know what issues it may cause by not detecting MO like this. Thanks :)

I ended up dropping the zero's from the rules to get it to work for now 960000 is 96 970000 is 97 I know that is a dirty fix but until the STEP guide gets updated for the new loot thats about all I could do.
