  2. He does. The mod for vanilla may have been abandoned, although the SE version is updated every few days and is still being improved. This forum needs a SE section to not cause such confusion. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12029/? Vanilla was last updated a year ago, and is 16MB Special Edition was updated two days ago, and is 53MB
  3. It covers many items not done by SMIM and the mod author accepts requests. The statues are only 1 on screen and large items, the increase polygons is probably unnoticable in performance for the majority of people, if any.
  4. Its probably worth making v2.10.0 the last revision on Skyrim, and then focus on SE? Creating a separate SE forum would help not to have everything so mixed up.
  5. I see no decent games to make me interested in upgrading, maybe in the next series.
  6. This is a project worth supporting for those interested in Resident Evil 4. You can follow their progress at: https://www.re4hd.com excepts: FAQ
  7. I tried this last year and noticed terrible clipping in the camps/tents, I removed it with looking strange where NPCs were ment to be sleeping, unsure whether this has improved since.
  8. This is a unique retexture, never-been done before; perhaps worth installing into the STEP Compilation? Nexus page: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74766/?
  9. Interesting find; It makes sense something so unique would be near indestructible being magic-oriented. The reference to "Stone" could've lead Gamwich to provide a more stoney cover, although the lore and material-content appears to be different perhaps? Those other (2) seem more lore friendly. It could explain why Bethesda used a smooth/clean texture, than re-applying the style used for the mountains. If you watch the above video the base/signs of the vanilla looks to be made out of clean wood, but is smooth stone - than to be weathered and damaged.
  10. Thanks for taking the time to produce such screenshots. The "Rustic" version appears to look more like stone and be weathered, whists the vanilla and other are quite smooth looking. I've tried to search the lore on these, and how old they are etc., still searching.
  11. This is a worthy collection for a possible STEP v2.10.0 update.
  12. This is an overlooked single retexture, worth including into the STEP Compilation by the author of Book Covers Skyrim. Nexus page: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61032/?
  13. haha, Gamwich is way to sensitive, he loses his mind in the comment section of the above Nexus link and now he bites at my bait, chill out lol
  14. I don't see much difference, I think Mystery Modder's looked far better.
  15. I have checked the forum and nothing was posted on this release. Its worth including into the upcoming STEP update. Nexus page: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68493/?
  16. I expect the colour was kept on the Word Walls, as close as-possible to the vanilla to cause much difference. worth the bump for these releases.
  17. The darker version looks better imo, worth adding into the next STEP update.
  18. The author of "Immersive Citizens-AI Overhaul" made his to be compatible. The following taken from Immersive Citizens FAQ:
  19. This mod would seem suited in STEP core. Nexus Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53602/?
  20. probably worth revisiting? STEP doesn't seem to have teeth improvements from checking. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33117/?
  21. perhaps you could accept Daniel's dragon/treasure map? Its a single and forgotton retexture, not included in the book covers. www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61032/
  22. Its unrealistic such important documents would be written on cheap quality paper, often maps in history used calfskins and similar methods. Gamwich maps have a more leather look to them, take for instance "paper maps" used in the snow region camps, they wouldn't last long enough to be useful.
  23. I don't buy this claim. I haven't even played much Skyrim (30-40 hours) and I have seen this often throughout my random plays.
  24. Continuing the "Rustic" fetish... I asked Gamwich to make this retexture last year and he was able too. Nexus page: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68561/
  25. This retexture seems worth adding into 2.10.0 STEP. I used to be a fan of MysteryModder's retextures, that was until last month when I spent 2-3 hours comparing in the dds viewer, against other textures and seen how dirty they was. (ie. noise, plus stolen works with his own noise added, upon other's templates).
