That plugin is included in USKP.

The bashed patch instructions take care of the ILO/YUP conflict. You can merge sub-records that conflict with each other in YUP and ILO. Make sure you don't have a missing master. If you do there will be a red exclamation mark on next to one of the plugins.

NVR3 uses the FCO face textures, and it adds in a lot of meshes, so that is probably why.

Regarding CCO & Weapons and Armor Fixes
EssArrBee replied to mooncrow's question in General Skyrim LE Support
You need it if you DO NOT use the STEP Extended Patch. I included in that patch, but if you aren't using it, then you need to download that file. -
I believe the textures show up from archive invalidation, but facial morphs have to do with the actual hex data in the plugin for each character's face. There has to something going on with the archive invalidation for it not to show in game. Is your game installed in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folder?
-
You may be installing the mods incorrectly if they have a .fomod inside of the archive you download from the nexus. SOmetimes you have to extract the .fomod file and install that with MO. Also, make sure you have the latest version of MO, the 1.2.10 version had a problem with installers.

Testing A World of Pain with Fear and Loathing
EssArrBee replied to FamousDeadGuy's topic in Fear & Loathing in New Vegas
I don't think you'll miss a ton of stuff without the ILO/NVIP patch. Most of the interiors from NVIP were lit pretty well by the author. You just miss out on the light switches. -
GUIDE Fear and Loathing in New Vegas - Feedback

So, I'm done testing NVR3, I like it a lot. I still miss some stuff that FCO does, but I'm going to use MadOak's method of deleting the NPC records from the FCOMaster.esm so some of the extra FCO plugins still work and NVR3 can be used. NVR3 has a ton of ITMs and UDRs in both it's plugins and I haven't gotten a response from the author about it yet. I keep bugging them, but until them I haven't noticed anything wrong with cleaning either plugin. Directions for deleting the NPC records from FCOMaster.esm are going to be easy, so FNVEdit novices shouldn't have to worry much about procedure, it's very simple. Also, added NVBII and will probably add the NV Uncut mods today, I seem to get some crashes around the Thorn for some reason and want to see what's up before adding A Thorny Situation. Back to work... -
ArchiveInvalidation Is Not Working, No Textures in Game

I don't have Update.esm. Is there supposed to be one? I'm pretty sure then isn't or I'd have it. -
ArchiveInvalidation Is Not Working, No Textures in Game

Archive Invalidation for MO is done for each profile individually. You need to click the profile icon and make sure you untick and tick AI for that profile you are using to get it to work. -
**Some Mods not apearing in plugins list?**
EssArrBee replied to wonderboy's question in Mod Organizer Support
So there is a difference between mods and plugins. Mods refer to pretty much anything that modifies the game, but plugins refer to the ESPs and ESMs that some mods need to modify the game. Certain mods like texture replacers, do not need a plugin. As for your list, HIalgoBoost is not something that you install with MO. It goes into your root game folder not the data folder. MO can only install mods into the data folder. Not sure if CBBE has a plugin with it. It is a female body replacer for textures and meshes, so it probably doesn't have a plugin. FPS Counter is probably an SKSE plugin, so it would have a .dll that goes into the DataSKSEplugins folder. Better Male Underwear is probably a replacer and doesn't have a plugin. As for the aMidianBorn mods. Try the Book of Silence, which is a combo of all Cabal's mods in one place. Get all the armor, weapons, and DLC, then install the Content Add-on afterwards. Remove all the plugins except the one from the Content Add-on and you'll be good to go. -
Also, some FNV mods are .fomod archives inside a .zip archive which MO doesn't like that much.
-
If I could bundle up the UI section into one zip and give it to you guys I would but I know many of authors for mods in that section so they wouldn't be very happy with me for that.
-
Are following the F&LNV guide or doing your own thing?
-
1) Only disable the plugin if you tick the corresponding BSA in the ARchives tab. 2) No only clean mods that BOSS/LOOT say need cleaning with TES5Edit.
-
See if there is a copy of them in the MO folder for those mods. If there is then go into the FNV folder and delete those ESMs.
-
If you use the NMM method you have to install anything that Unified HUD needs to have installed first so it can merge the XML data. After installing everything and running unified HUD you can use the NMM import function of MO.

GUIDE Fear and Loathing in New Vegas - Feedback
EssArrBee replied to EssArrBee's topic in Fear & Loathing in New Vegas
Cool, Kman. We have auto embed youtube videos on the forum, so just paste the link and it takes care of itself. In other news, I'm about done testing NVBII. I can't break it, so that speaks to how good the mod author is. I'm also testing Steve Bison Hotel at the same time. I don't see any major incompatibilities, so fingers crossed. Mike Hancho does good work and his mods seem to always add a lot to the game. NVR3 adds so many little things to the game, I can't really believe how much work went into it. I guess that's why it took two years. I'm still a little torn between using FCO or NVR3, but the more I play the better NVR3 the more I like it. Cassidy should get her hat back, but that is my only complaint so far. I still have to do A Thorny Situation, which I guess I could do tonight, so that would add in two more NV Uncut mods. I'm leaving Betsy out till I know the fix for it is going to be implemented and I'll move on to part 7, 8, and Outside Bets. -

I like all feedback, even if it is critical. Everything helps me see things from a different perspective and makes the guide more well rounded. I'll have to go through the DLC after I finish testing the mods I'm currently doing to see if optimization messed up the textures somehow. If it did then me and Kelmych can figure it out. Thanks for the report. -

Unfortunately, stutter is part of this game we can only limit it, not completely remove it. You might do the texture optimization or talk to the author of NVSR, Skyranger. He is a nice fellow and may be able to offer some advice on tweaking NVSR to help you out. Blank transitions of cells may be out of memory errors. The game sometimes will not crash and just go on without loading anything. Not sure why it would happen in DLC, unless texture optimization for DLC isn't working correctly. I haven't reviewed the DLC so there may need to be a few textures left alone that Kelmych or me don't know about yet. That is if you actually optimized any textures in the first place. I think everyone has a few freezes on fast travel. I try not to use it, unless I'm testing new mods and without fast travel I can go a bit farther before any crashes. Having a heavily modded FNV just creates problems for the engine and can become a buggy mess, but three hours is pretty good if you save often. I'd probably need your system specs to know a little more about what might be causing the issues with cell transitions. That sounds like something YUP was trying to fix is actually broken. You want to report this issue to the YUP thread and see if they know about this. THe readme for that mod is extensive, so if that is supposed to be fixed they may not know it is still broken. -

There is a patch and a replacer. The one you are using is the replacer. The perk is added by Project Nevada if I'm not mistaken. KFE is just supposed to do the same thing as that perk, but for water bottles instead of the empty Nuka and Sunset bottles. I fill up a lot at the NCR sharecroppers farm because of running back and forth from raider territory, freeside, and Camp McCarren. There are a couple other places with valves, but I forget all of them. -

Should be every valve in game. Ncr sharecroppers, that one little farm in the south of the map, and really any other valve you come across. Oh and there is a perk that let's you fill empty nuka and sunset bottles. -

You could very well be over the soft plugin limit. It's 140 and my current testing profile is 124, but you have way more additions in your game than I currently do, so maybe merge some stuff.
