  1. Instead of searching the entire forum, narrow your search. If you're searching for a mod topic, clicking into the Mods forum and then search. This will significantly reduce the results and narrow them down to what you're looking for. Try it out! Search for "player headtracking" from the main forum page. Then search again from within the Mod forum and notice the refined search. This isn't Google, got to be a little smarter when you search. The advanced search will let you get really specific!
  2. If you use an updated version of SKSE, you don't need SSME.
  3. If you install everything, STEP:Extended Patch. DDSopt doesn't matter. I really need to finish that installer.
  4. Merging... This has been tested as you can see since I've merged the threads. I've never really had an issue with it but others have so try it and see. :)
  5. Locking this thread. Please use the search before posting: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/724-player-headtracking/
  6. No, only the Extended Patch if you're installing all the Extended mods; you don't need both.
  7. You have to have all the required masters installed to use the STEP Patches: https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP_Patches_Requirements
  8. This is normal. There's a lot of extra rendering going on.
  9. No have some issues. Your AF looks like it's turned off. You've installed SFO 2.0+. STEP uses the Basic version and because of this, your LOD trees are messed up. You'll have to either use the Basic version or grab the correct tree billboards for the version you're using. Granted, I can only account for the STEP:Extended part of your install so I won't comment on anything else, but those two things I've seen.
  10. You should probably look at the list we have building in Testing: https://forum.step-project.com/tags/forums/testing/
  11. \Textures\Lod\snow01lod.dds That should be it and it should be provided by DynDOLOD in STEP. In STEP, this is provided by HQ Snow and then overwritten by DynDOLOD.
  12. Awesome! I hope you don't run out of steam before being able to expand this to all of Skyrim!
  13. After looking into it, it's just kinda...eh. Some of them look okay, some of them look bad. None of them looked great.
  14. Got to be honest, I'm not seeing anything. All I'm seeing is the snow LODs and then the mountain fog/clouds that is provided by Vividian Extended Weathers. Would be nice if you could circle it on the images.
  15. Has Tannin made any comment on this or was it not brought to his attention?
  16. Start with baseline. If you can run that without issues you can reinstall select higher quality options later.
  17. The navmesh data was from all worlds that are masters of the plugin. I believe this happened when I was still learning and I forced a finalization of all worlds, but realizing what that would do. I'm not positive on that, but it's the only thing I can think of.
  18. The author must have a low-end system. Those shots look like they're from a late 90s game.
  19. Interesting but feels a little over-done. Would probably be better if the number of flags were to be cut in half.
  20. You can lower it. All it's going to do is blur the textures in those ranges. Some users can live with it, some users it really bothers seeing the blur.
  21. That's z-fighting and there is no way to get rid of it completely. This mod will help cover it up: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59809/?
  22. You need to run ENBoost. Also, I would drop Steam as a platform for modding and use a mod manager. We recommend Mod Organizer. You're system should run in the 50-60FPS range most of the time. That's not saying that it won't drop down into the high 40's from time to time, but your average should be where you are wanting it.
  23. I think that's just normal. No one comments in my Jaggarsfeld Extended thread either so I'm assuming everyone is happy with the changes and the fixes are working right.
  24. Add video to the OP so you can see that it's not just a mod that adds in objects. It is, in fact, a retexture mod for landscapes...very green Skryim. The changes are nice, especially after you've seen a specific landscape for so long. Change is good, but I doubt this would meet STEP criteria.
