  1. No, I haven't. I'm going to see how this turns out. If it's the same result, I'll know it's not a plugin. I've reloaded all my tabs and used most of them for a bit. Before I restarted FF was sitting with a 1.4GB memory usage. So far, I'm up to about 800MBs but I'm going to give it a few days to have a fair comparison.
  2. I've restarted FF in Safe Mod this evening. I'll report back if I find a difference in a few days. ...man, I forgot how many ads there are on the internet!
  3. What is your FPS with the ENB?
  4. Vividian ENB is great.
  5. @dx1, You'll find this information useful for the memory blocks: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/634-enbseries-by-boris-vorontsov/page-9?do=findComment&comment=135635 https://forum.step-project.com/topic/634-enbseries-by-boris-vorontsov/page-9?do=findComment&comment=135670
  6. Your second block should never be more than 256. Additionally, in your MEMORY settings in enblocal.ini make sure ExpandSystemMemoryX64 is set to false.
  7. Try this: [MEMORY] ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true DisableDriverMemoryManager=false DisablePreloadToVRAM=false EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false ReservedMemorySizeMb=256 VideoMemorySizeMb=6144 EnableCompression=true AutodetectVideoMemorySize=false
  8. I just installed uBlock Origin. I'll see how it goes verses Adblocker Plus.
  9. Papyrus logs are usually useless to everyone but the mod authors. That's why we never ask for them when helping users troubleshoot.
  10. You can clean your save of old scripts by using Save Game Script Cleaner.
  11. Do removing the mod fixed it or have you already stated over?
  12. That means you have 4GB of VRAM, not 8. VRAM in this case is mirrored, not doubled.
  13. I know of no advantages of using a C# installer over a FOMOD. I don't understand why authors are still writing them.
  14. Thanks, Spock. I'll try it out. As for turning off my PC....That never happens. It goes into a sleep/hibernation mode after about an hour of non-use as long as a movie isn't playing.
  15. There are a few good separate ones but bellyache's is probably the most complete collection.
  16. Hey! Keep that to yourself! ...can't tell you anything! Haha! I'd have to see it with better textures because that's just not cutting it, especially after watching the recent video compare of it
  17. Resource Monitor is showing FF using 82 threads and ~9-11% of the CPU. This changes depending on the tab that is currently displayed.
  18. It's not a problem currently since I restarted FF earlier. I'll have to wait until it starts getting backed up again.
  19. Sorry, mistype. I have not tried Tor Broswer. I have minimal plugins: Adblock PlusCookie Manager+Disconnect (turns all those annoying social media share buttons off)Image ZoomPrint EditSuper Start (alternative start page)
  20. Have tried Tor Browser. I have custom ad-blocking already.
  21. Did you enable .NET 3.5 after you switched?
  22. Well that's the problem right there! haha! nah. 11 Tabs now: 3 nexus tabs(my page, The Ruffled Feather page, General Stores page), 3 STEP Forum tabs, ENBSeries Forum, 2 anime tabs (not porn ...Fairy Tail and Blood Blockade Battlefront ), and 2 youtube tabs.
  23. Has anyone else noticed that Firefox's performance is declining over the last several releases? For example, I had 12 tabs open and loaded and it was using 1.2GB of RAM and the UI was rather slow. Opening a new tab would take a second or two where it's normally instant. Right now with only one tab loaded, it's using 300MBs of RAM, but the interface is responding okay. I've had to close and reopen FF every few days now to keep it running well. Before I could keep it open for weeks without issue. Might be time for a fresh install...
  24. Progress Update I have moved most of the furniture around in the basement and have begun switching out the current sorting system with the General Stores modder's resource. I'm thinking about another release before I add the extra rooms so any bugs can be sorted out before I do that work. General Stores and why I've chosen it: General Stores is an excellent resource for modders that creates a fake "cloud storage system" for Skyrim. When items are placed, they are actually stored in a hidden cell/world in the game which has a container for all activator types. So what's the big deal? The great thing about this is that it allows modders to make changes to the mods without having to to worry about the users loosing their stored items. This mean that even if something gets messed up in a patch or for any other reason, it'll be fairly easy to restore items or functionality to the mod. This is great because the mod can change and grow without worrying about messing anything up or being stuck with the containers that are currently in place. General Stores also works in such a way that if a user wanted to install other mods or player homes with General Stores support, their items will be accessible across these all these mods. This means you can store a set of armor in Jaggarsfeld and still be able to access it from another player home that has General Stores support. General Stores was really ingeniously designed and is superior to the current system in Jaggarsfeld. Updating the next version: A word of warning! This next update will require a clean install or a new game so expect to be loading up all your stuff and having to replace it all after you've updated. This is because of two reasons. 1) I am deleting the containers for the original scripts. There is not way around this when switching out things that go on under the hood, like scripts. 2) Objects have been moved around. Skyrim likes to save the position of objects in your game. Since I have moved things around, users will have to completely start fresh or they're going to have some serious clashing to deal with and a mess to pick up because the game will place objects where there is no longer anything to hold them.
