  1. It does look good as you say, I shall try it out for a while - though ultimately with a full SR install two .esp might be too much.
  2. Just to check by spells do you mean FNIS spells? If so you didn't need to install those you just needed the main FNIS behaviour file. FNIS otherwise is not in your load order. :)
  3. Just the main behaviour file. :)
  4. Yes it does. I have re-installed MO and re-done all the executables but no dice. I will keep looking I have sent a message to Tannin. The paths all seem correct as far as I can tell. Both programs start, but then immediately run into problems. Thanks for chipping in, this problem has occurred before for other people but I have yet to find an answer that will help - I suspect that this is not a common problem and I really don't get how re-installing everything doesn't fix it.
  5. Interestingly if I set the BOSS GUI.exe as an executable I can run BOSS through MO like that but BUM still getting a "Fatal error encountered trying to access your Mods directory: ....common\skyrim\data". BOSS.exe still just crashes. Extremely weird.
  6. I saw a partial answer to this in search but not an actual one so sorry if this is a repeat question. For some reason both BOSS and BUM have stopped working through MO. Boss just crashes and BUM says it can't find the MOD PATH and then shuts down. Both programs work outside MO. I have reinstalled them and reset them as executables in MO but still the same problem. They were both working for me ever since I began using Skyrim Revisited so have no clue as to why they are now having a problem. I noticed on another thread that changing a mod name in MO can cause issues for BOSS and it is possible that that is the cause of the initial disfunction but problem persists after a re-install. Would be very grateful for any wise words on the matter, thanks in advance. Edit: Also been having a problem with Reproccer strangely and not the other skyproc patchers I'm suspicious that perhaps it is MO that is having some kind of breakdown. Edit: Have sorted out the reproccer issue but not BOSS and BUM. I feel lost Edit: I give up, have reinstalled MO, BOSS and BUM and still they will not execute through MO - this is ridiculous I have no clue - I didn't change anything that I am aware of. One day they worked next nothing just when it was all looking and working brilliantly as well. >: Rant over.
  7. Very nice, excellent shadows, very sneaky. Some great shots these are with RealVision I take it? :)
  8. Ha, yes darkness is cool. It always felt weird to sneak up on someone and admire Cabal's textures whilst they can't see you crouching almost in front of them. Hiding in shadows is so much more immersive when there actually are shadows to hide in. Which is my point about the need for darkness to actually be dark, not impenetrable but certainly enough to be scary, whether or not it is a creature, NPC or you that's being scary is entirely beside the point. :)
  9. 50fps?? This is the enb I use but I get 35+ very playable though. It is a touch on the bright side (very slight) but the nights and dungeons are pleasantly dark. I am of the opinion that wandering around in the wilderness or in deep dank dungeons is the height of foolishness (or at least should be) without some careful preparation, e.g at least one follower, a light spell and requisite firepower. With SIC in place it is extremely dangerous but not so much if you can see them coming from a long way off. :)
  10. Ha, if Neo thinks it's good and he's seen RealVision, then whatever you are doing is going to be great, and of course well worth waiting for. I wish I wasn't so computer illiterate, lots of ideas but very little ability to act on them - so much kudos to you mate. :)
  11. It will be really good to see what he has come up with. :)
  12. I find it just fits the scenery really well and haven't noticed any negatives. I'm also testing out the new enb 1.66 with the RealVision preset - it is by far the best combination I've used in terms of coloring and DoF etc.. This is not the place for enb comments but you mentioned earlier in the thread that you were nearly settled on one an I wondered if it was this one. I do get random unexpected CTDs and freezes with this ENB installed, not too often but not otherwise a normal occurrence on a full pure SR install, which is usually smooth running. Anyway back on topic I see no reason for not including Ultimate Lush Overhaul in SR - anything without esp files has got to be good at this stage with 207 'ish' active plugins so far. :)
  13. Just the red ones buddy. :)
  14. It seems to work well, no obvious loss of frame rate. I like. :)
  15. Figured it wouldn't be an easy fix - worth a look I suppose. I'll report later. Edit: Has some clashes with USKP, minor one with Dawnguard and also a minor clash with Hearthfires. Some of these are deliberate changes to specific npcs and one is the same USKP edit currently in the guide - The same files conflict with BOYD and EBQB but on the whole seems pretty simple amount of edits no more than in guide for MT.
  16. I like this, werewolves tend to be underpowered in the later game; and only the one esp, got to be a bargain. Of course would mean lots of re-edits but definitely worth it IMO.
  17. Ah but if you turn off the non-immersive crosshair then Archery becomes quite a skill - much greater chance of missing and of course if you miss then you are in trouble. I play without any crosshair or stealth indicator or enemy health indicator, means you haven't got a clue who you've picked on so have to scout them out first. Armour is also important as a fully armored foe will need more shots and that is realistic, IMHO. :)
  18. I actually removed the dungeons.esp as it states on the nexus page that it is something of a placeholder at present rather than a finished product which is probably why it is relatively vanilla at present. I use the darker dungeons one instead. Still the whole thing is rather confusing - when the product is finally finished it will be great, but till then it's always going to be tricky to get the right combination of CoT, RLO + ENB. Tempting to go back to RCRN for now till RLO is finished in all it's potential glory.
  19. Those settings are in skyprefs.ini. Fairly near the top of the [display] section. I had that issue before and don't now, perhaps something to do with the skyrim updates - do you have all the DLC?. Depending on your system setting those at 4096 is both unneccessary and potentially problematic. Using 2048 for the one or both should be fine.
  20. Oh well I just assumed that all changes were intentional from that statement, but you have a proven knack for unearthing things that need fixing so I'll step out of this one. :)
  21. @Neovalen Not to answer for her but I read this on the mod description page which would appear to answer your question. Q. Looking at Weapons & Armor Fixes Remade and USKP in TES5Edit, there appear to be conflicts. A. There are a few cases where I did correct values edited by USKP. These are relatively few, but yes, in some cases, I did change the values used by USKP. I only did this when I felt the value used by USKP was incorrect, or I had a good reason for choosing another value. Some are a matter of opinion, for example when USKP chose to round a value down, while I felt it was more appropriate to round up. Another example: Volendrung is considered Dwarven by USKP, but I've made it Daedric. You can argue that lore states it was made by the Dwemer, but I would argue that the material keywords indicate the type of material that composes the weapon and not the race of the smith who created it. To me, Volendrung does not look to be made from Dwemer metal and very much has the appearance of a daedric weapon (not to mention the fact that it is a daedric artifact). I share your sentiments - this appears to a be a great and very useful piece of work. Thanks, :)
  22. @Iroha - Yeah the second one - some of the SR patches have masters the wrong way round, this is normal - what I meant to say was that there were no obvious conflicts. I have a new issue though something is corrupting my new saves - when I load a save all my MCM changes and some of my character set up seems to be forgotten. Not a fan of having to re-doing that, shame though I had got most of them back in without the ctds. Back to the start again. P.S. Your guide seems to work fine by the way, I just seem to have some extra mod that my game doesn't like. Edit: It seems Vilja was the culprit, with mod active crash at start up, without load as normal - not sure why. Anyway thanks again for all the suggestions. :)
  23. Thanks for the help guys - @Iroha - using the blocklist is a good idea, hadn't thought of that. @ Rune11 - I use all the modern tools everything is green in WB and I frequently rebuild the pacthes e.g. ASIS so that is not the problem - quality thoughts though. All computers are slightly different and what works for Jim may not work for John - when I find the offending mod and if it is something that I just can't live without then I will try adding it to the blocklist. As you say @Iroha if the errors are normal for the reproccer then it is very likely something else - yet to find out what though. :)
  24. I did try this it was the first thing I did having watched Gopher's video. TES5Edit didn't crash just showed those errors under the reproccer.esp. That said I have just rebuilt a new profile with just SR mods and the ones advised by this guide. Everything is running fine now. So what I am doing now is to try to install other mods such as UFO to see if the problem reoccurs. It is a bit of a stumper though - the same mods have no issues in my Requiem version of SR (it has stability issues though).
  25. Yes I realise but I will have to search for the problem as the game runs fine without. I am currently running patchers again with only SR and your suggestions as per the guide. I expect this to work as it has before and from there I can find out the issue hopefully.
