I can't tell for sure, but with some of the files in 2048k package being 4 or so times bigger, there surely has to be a difference? Also, I blindly checked a few of the seemingly identical files to the vanilla hires textures, and noticed some slight colour differences. For example, HiRes optimized textures 2texturesarchitecturefalmer hutfalmerhut.dds - this one has weird green-yellow tint to it, but the same file in SRO (the 2048 version) looks fine. -
I think the skin has slightly changed. I no longer feel like crying and headslamming into a wall (too much) when trying to look at it. Not bad!

lol ok, you got me. But wait, do we have 3 millions users (150GB/50k :P)? I see your point though. Account is not needed, but it makes life a bit easier. I also host some more stuff for myself. Imgur has horrible interface when it comes to this.

Do not blindly give SRO priority over everything, because there are lots of files identical to vanilla (+hires pack) textures. For some reason they were just copied in the mod. I think Starac even mentioned this somewhere when he still actively visited the forum. So be warned, you MIGHT be overwriting some new textures from other mods by vanilla stuff. -
Yeah I know, those two are unrelated, I just took a screenshot of everything. But how are logs and temp logs and debug files relevant to that? Common sense says I just need the plugin (and meshes, if they were there, for example).

Well I DO have an account at some hosting site (ditched Imgur semi-recently because it's a mess), but for smaller pictures (say, either cropped small parts of game screenshots made for specific purpose, or screenshots of programs' windows), the attachment feature is really helpful.

Why not? The functionality is here, so I don't see a reason why I shouldn't use it (it's even relatively well, user-friendly implemented). Why don't I want to use image hosting sites? Because it's pain in the ass (and humans are lazy in their nature as well), especially when I can see a button below the editor which lets me do it with two clicks. Besides, I didn't want to attach a game screenshot, but rather one small part of MO window.

You can upload up to 24.96KB of files (Max. single file size: 24.96KB) ...is this a joke? No, seriously, I know storage is not infinite, but this is not even enough for a text file. Also, is there some hidden setting preventing me from uploading attachments in specific sections of the forum? I really did need to attach a small screenshot in DSR thread, but couldn't.

I am unsure about the wiki instructions. Am I supposed to just grab Dual Sheath Redux Patch.esp from Overwrite, or pack all of it together?

When I run the game, no matter what I put in enblocal.ini, enbseries.ini is automatically created, and several things are enabled there. I'm afraid I am using ENB even if I don't want to. What do I do?

It's pretty sad, because the mod IS awesome, and the guy clearly does have some skills, but this kind of attitude... I saw it somewhere, sometime, in a galaxy not so far away. -

SKSE Install - Detailed Instructions

I am not sure why should we repackage the scripts and install them like a standalone mod either. But what the instructions basically say is: 1) put the dll and exe files in the real skyrim folder 2) grab the data folder from the downloaded SKSE archive, and pack its contents into standalone archive, and install that like if it was a mod. ad 2: Here's what I did: I created a SKSE folder and put the default skse.ini file into it, and packed that with the scripts folder. The structure inside the archive is then: scripts*.pex SKSESKSE.ini This eliminates 4). -

If I was to add any pseudonstructive feedback to the style, I'd say 1) there are some icons missing in the forum listing (unless the little rectangles saying "old" are intended) 2) try to think of a change for the new content page. The part black, part brown, part purple background colour is especially horrible there, and also all the text is blending together. Something with fonts could probably make it better readable.

I still don't understand why I shouldn't be allowed to choose what suits my eyes better - especially since no work is apparently needed to do that - the white style has been there since the forums were switched!

You mean the original look of this particular forum software? The old STEP forums had completely different colours. This is close to burning my eyes out. Why can't we just choose the default white style?

I don't see anything anywhere. I set the white theme somewhere when it was still possible to change and am stuck with it (not like I mind). I see something called "maxx skin" in settings, but no idea if it's related to this.
