I can confirm the lines in the sky issue. Tested with: Cathedral Weathers 2.22 Ethereal Clouds 2.0 Alternate Start 4.1.3 weather 0010E1F1 The issue occurs when loading following mods and testing with the weather type above. The lines don't appear in every weather. I don't know what is the source of the visual issue but for me installing older version of Ethereal Clouds ( I have 1.0.7) fixed it. I wait until you guys can test, confirm the problem and find a fix. -
In my opinion it is best 'horse whistle' mod available hence why it is included in the guide. however, the mod comes with few extras which may not be in everyone's taste. I like the mod and been using it for many years but whether it stays close to the mandate is highly questionable. however, the guide has mods like CACO or CCOR which for me completely change vanilla gameplay experience so convenient horses would not be the first one to assess for mandate compliance in my opinion.

It is one of my favourite mods because of how useful it is but the compatibility is a massive issue, any mod that adds new items to the game needs a patch. May be worth considering replacing it with something less problematic that gives a horse whistle and maybe follower's horse.

couple of issues identified so far. 1. Required compatibility patch for CACO added items food, ingredients etc. The patch is available here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21249 2. The mod is missing Raw Canine Meat in Form ID '6318174F CHItemMaterialCookingList'. This makes Raw Canine Meat not lootable while on the horse. Not sure if there are any other items missing at the moment. The issue has been raised with the mod author. 3. Potentially patches will be required for any other mods that add new items that could be harvested or looted while on the horse.

Not sure to which mod this relates to but I have experienced few times an audio bug when transition from under water to land. the sound of water ( the sound when you're diving) is on loop even when on land. it happened to me couple of times when walking through a waterfall in Swindler's Den and two more times in some open world locations when walking out of the water. as I mentioned earlier, it seems like when transition from underwater to land the underwater sound stays on. reloading a save fixes the issue. -

There is patch available on nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21249. In xedit it looks like it just makes CACO items to be collectable while riding a horse. A bit of googling suggests that any new items that can be looted/gathered or any new worlds where you can ride a horse will require a patch. I can confirm that the patch is working. I have spent few hours playing and so far have not found CACO alchemy ingredient that I was not able to collect while on the horse. @TechAngel85 will you plan on incorporating this patch into the guide? -

Anyone has noticed that while riding a horse assets added by CACO cannot be automatically gathered? it seems like they are not recognised as alchemy ingredients by convenient horses. -

I definitely experience the same issue with the inns. In addition, it seems like during the day the dark areas in the inns get brighter but at night they go really dark. Unfortunately, I have not had time to look into it yet. -

few things I identified while updating to 0.2.0b guide. Wiseman303's Flora Fixes - RevampedNot longer included in the guide. I guess, due to being included in CACO. However there is no note in changelog that it has been removed and also the mod's status in Mod Anthology is 'accepted'. Majestic Mountains - Cathedral ConceptRequires Blended Roads which is included in Landscapes - Cathedral Concept. Installation instructions should explain this in my opinion. Rusitc WindowsIs not in the changelog. Modern Brawl Bug FixNo longer included in the guide. Nothing mentioned in the changelog. Accepted tag in Mod Anthology. Disease Descriptions for the Immersive Adventurer SETechnically has a FOMOD installer so detailed installation instructions are required. Ragdoll Paralysis Redux SENo longer included in the guide. Nothing mentioned in the changelog. The Choice is YoursThe mod has additional patch for Book Covers Skyrim available to download. Not sure if the usefulness of the patch has been checked. DynDOLOD Resources SEInstallation options are in different order and the naming is slightly different in 2.81. -
These are perfectly normal results. You can try enb which has less efects enabled and will be less taxing on fps e.g. light version of cathedralist enb. However it is still enb so it will consume significant amount of your fps. Personaly I'm testing without enb. Get much higher fps and smoother experience but requires high refresh rate monitor.

In addition, technically havok fix mod is only used by subset of users that have high refresh rate monitors. So following the logic for not including widescreen fix mod, we should also exclude havok fix. although, I would like both mods to be included in STEP, I'm just trying to make a point.

Technically you didn't follow the guide because you didn't start fresh as it is recommended at the beginning of the guide. However, I can understand that you couldn't be bothered starting the whole process again. The issue will be with your load order/mods. I would troubleshoot in this order: test vanilla game test game with skse test game with ENB (if you have one) test game with top half of the mods test game with bottom half of the mods (if top half is working fine) At this point you just have to narrow it down but disabling more mods to a point where you identified a mod that after disabling it the game is working fine. Or keep enabling more mods until you find one that after enabling it the game crashes. This is just a generic troubleshooting method that I use. I'm sure other people might have different approach. The issue will most probably be either with your load order, incorrectly installed mod or dyndolod generated badly or something like that. -

All of the mods above are STEP mods that are included in the guide 0.2.0b. Did you follow the guide and installed all the mods? It looks like you didn't install those particular mods hence you get missing masters message. -

For me Cathedralist ENB makes the interiors too dark. I have to disable the interior lighting changes as suggested by the author on his mod page for people who 'don't like the intended look'. Again, in my opinion, it is completely immersion breaking when you have to get a torch out in your house to look at the books on the bookshelf etc. When you bump up interior brightness to compensate for it than all the light sources are way too bright. Exteriors are fine. Nevertheless, ENB is not even part of the optional section in the guide so no reason to further discuss it. -
That is incorrect. The issue is explained in the posts section of the mod. When you have one set of arrows in the inventory the arrows don't unequip automatically. You have equip the bow and unequip and equip the arrows for the mod to register the arrows for some reason. Once you do that, the arrows will automatically unequip on changing the weapon or unequipping the bow either from a quick menu, inventory or keyboard shortcuts. I have just tested it. However, I'd say it is a little bit of an inconvenience for the players. I would be after changing the mod for one that works out of the box and doesn't require any additional steps if I'm honest.
