You can add it with no issues. Make sure you also get the Clams Drop Pearls patch.

I imagine that would depend on if CACO gets brought it. If it comes in, this would have to by definition, since CACO requires it.

Whether or not CACO gets accepted, I believe this mods needs to be accepted into Core. It is a fix that all should have installed.
