Extracted all F&LNV mod Bsa's

I have extracted all the Bsa's from the mod's listed in F&LNV through mod organizer, I do it all the time in Skyrim without problems, but apparently it can cause problems in New Vegas?

Are there some specific mods in F&LNV that causes problems if extracted or is it a more general problem?

It's pretty standard to not do it to the bigger ones. I never extract Spice of Life's bsa, or Willow's bsa. 

 

Though with the newer versions of MO bsa's are not an issue any more.

Having all your BSAs extracted shouldn't really cause any problems but will presumably make your game load slower at startup. z929669 wrote a very detailed post about that here, albeit for a different discussion.
