Thiero
I installed UIO via Mod organizer and several folders seem to be located in "Overwrite". As far as I can tell they seem to be empty. As a side note, opening New Vegas through MO makes it so that ENBSeries won't start up. I don't have a reset to go with it, but it still concerns me. Just ignore them, or delete them, it doesn't matter.
0 GrantSP
Disregard the UIO folders in the overwrite. You can delete them after each time you run the game, but they will be remade each time. They cause no damage to the game or affect any mods whatsoever.
