@Gandaganza There is now a video tutorial on how to make ELFX (and other lighting mods) compatible on the Nexus description page. 9 min vid, and very easy to follow.

I didn't know about that video, but I seem to have figured out the gist anyways, because I made myself an edited version of ELFX w/o references to the cells altered by this mod and The Useless Shop and Interior Overhaul (TUSIO).  I also made an altered version of TUSIO to be compatible with Radioactive and modified Radioactive to remove the Windhelm Dock edits.  Lemme tell you what: things sure are purdy now.
