Two launch needed before access to savegames MO

Hi

 

I got a problem regarding my savegames, i have to launch SKSE 2 times before getting access to it. I'm using Mod organiser with only one profile.

I can figure out where is the problem. It's the last skse 1.7.1.

 

Maybe someone here knows a solution?

You are using Race menu. Try deleting the race menu generated files from the overwrite folder before each run of the game. They will be in meshes cache and be in the form of XXXXXXXX.tri.

Yes it's the 2.9.1, but i mod it, i hide the racemenuplugin.esp in favor of the groovtama racemenupluginxpmse 2.06 as he suggested in his tread.

Here i relaunch the game and now i got 14 .tri files. Those tri files come back every times i launch the game

Yeah, I don't get those tri files anymore (last time I checked). I do still get a meshes folder in Overwrite but it's empty. I have no need to open the RaceMenu up after character creation unless I'm doing some testing so I disable the RaceMenuPlugin.

You must have moved them into a mod folder so they are written there. Just visit the data tab to see where they're going.

I hadn't looked since I updated RaceMenu but they're showing up again in the Overwrite folder. Come to think of it, I think I did move them into the RaceMenu mod folder in the past for whatever reason that seemed logical to me since that mod was creating them. Idk if that affected anything but I do remember doing it. lol

Indeed, moving the tri files to a mod would not fix the issue.

No i disabled the plugin esp but no change. I will wait for an update of racemenu since i want to keep this plugin anyway.

Oh, you mean to disable chargen extension. To do that, you would have to hide the chargen.dll in skse/plugins.
