100% Black Screen/Freeze

When I tried to get Doc Mitchell to install the Stealth Nano-Bots implant the game faded to black and stayed that way. Haven't figured out the issue or tried asking another person to install it.

Hmm... I've never actually had this bug. Do you have a save around that time that you can load and see it is reoccurring? It almost sounds like an ILS.

 

After it happens maybe check your nvac.log and if there are more than three entries report post it in the nvac nexus thread and tell Queue what happened. He seems to just keep adding fixes that no one ever knew could be fixed.

 

Do you have any additional mods installed?

I have an autosave, I'll rename it to something. No additional mods, just straight F&L. Only 3 entries in my nvac log. I'll run to New Vegas when I get the chance and try the other doc.

 

Edit: Realized my NVAC was out of date. Updated and still have the issue

Hmm… that is a weird fix. I always have the time set at six hours for surgery so that is why I would have never known. I'll add it to the troubleshooting section the day I finally create one.
