Dependent, yes. The value of (uGridsToLoad + 1) squared is the value that should be set for uExterior Cell Buffer.

 

meh321's settings are the recommended defaults so stick with them. That is to say for example fUpdateBudgetMS=1.2, you can either leave that line set like that or remove the line altogether and the result will be the same.

 

Pay close attention because not all of those settings go into the same .ini file.
