rootsrat Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51315/? Fresh Nexus upload. This mod basically changes the visual conjuration spell effect in your hand, depending of which one you have equipped. Each Conjuration spell that summons a creature has been changed to have a color associated with it. This makes it easier to tell what spell you are using. 3 examples here, more on the mod page. Looks good!  Â
torminater Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I would like to see some more customized fx, not only color changing :-) Can't say what exactly but it would need to be something that creates a little "wow"-effect for me.
torminater Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 You're such a complainer :DThat's what keeps the world evolving ;)
EssArrBee Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 You're such a complainer :DThat's what keeps the world evolving ;) Definitely how my gf keeps my wallet empty. I like the idea behind this mod. Not sure how often I forget what conjuration spell is in my hand but I don't really play with that type if magic.
torminater Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Well +1 for convenience, but a bit more spice would do the mod good.
DoYouEvenModBro Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I guess I'm the minority but I kind of prefer only one color for all conjurations. Idk why. I find this unnecessary. I agree with Torminator. Different colors isn't enough to wow me.
Kuldebar Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I want little animated, highly detailed versions of the soon to be conjured entities dancing on the tips of my fingers, make it so! Hey, it's a neat little mod, but it doesn't meet the "worth another esp file" requirement for me personally, in my opinion, just sayin', no offence, to each his own and I'll still respect you in the morning.
kryptopyr Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Hey' date=' it's a neat little mod, but it doesn't meet the [i']"worth another esp file"[/i] requirement for me personally, in my opinion, just sayin', no offence, to each his own and I'll still respect you in the morning. I agree that by itself it's not worth an esp, but I suspect it's just a few edits to the spells so that they reference different textures. I'll probably download it and copy the esp changes into my personal patch file. :) Small change, but I like it. Little things like this that add flavor and more diversity to the game are a nice touch.
Kuldebar Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Little things like this that add flavor and more diversity to the game are a nice touch. So do BIG things like Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade, Clothing and Clutter Fixes, Weapons and Armor Fixes - Remade :)
