Can’t get FO3 to run

I have been trying to run fallout 3 with only some basic mods (unofficial patch, anniversary patcher, and associated) and have everything loaded into MO2 (xEdit, Loot, FOSE, etc) but no version of the launcher or running from steam or MO2 works. I either get an instant crash or a black screen I can’t get rid of (sometimes accompanied by music). I tried the graphics card thing in system settings and followed multiple guides for everything so idk what I could’ve done wrong but it’s been 2 days so I’m over it and don’t want to download TTW or anything else, I just want it to work. Can send photos of file locations or anything else that helps as well

If you acquired it from Steam, then verify the files through Steam and then launch the game trough Steam.
