I used this mod in all my playthroughs and I liked it. I think it's a good improvement. No issues were encountered in a heavily modded setup as far as I can remember.

A pretty neat mod by tarlazo, which adds the bounty quests into the dialogue menu. I've been using it for a few months now. Works pretty well so far without any issues.
