RESOLVED Can't use the STEP Game Guide

Had the following pop up this afternoon instead of the Guide:

Yes, it appears that the wiki is down at the moment. Just play some games until we resolve.

Yes, we're having an issue atm.

It's back up. I'm still finding the sweet spot for maintaining the object cache.
