Simple alpha testing enable on the material. Works as expected.

My only concern is the fact that the material file is named AlphaFix03.bgsm. The name implies that this material was made as a fix for something involving alpha transparency. Therefore, while this works as intended here, I would keep an eye out for any item that looks incorrect as a result of this change, as it could be used on other objects where the alpha looks off. Another possibility is that it was named this way so that the developer would remember to fix the alpha, but forgot to.

I have verified using Sniff that this is the only model pointing to this material file. Therefore, it is definitely a good fix.
