BPG has been dropped for v3.4
Though it offers amazing gameplay, in its current format the mod is a lot to maintain. As the warning states on it's wiki page, this often results in prolonged times of cherished saved games being out of commission. This, in and of itself, doesn't align with the Step Mandate. We've also always eventually run into an issue or two with it installed, such as containers buried inside flora making them unreachable and being unable to complete some planets discovery due to added elements not being scan-able. We've been aware of BPG not aligning to the Mandate, and mostly overlooked it due to the experience it can bring. However, it's gotten to the point that we have stopped using it during development. It's for these reason's BPG is being dropped.

BPG may be re-added at a later time. The author has stated they wish to redesign the mod from the ground up since Game Version 5.0 was released. With that said, Game Version 5.0 does offer more planetary variety than previous versions. It's not BPG, but it is better than before.

Those that still wish to run BPG, may still do so and will find it in the QOL section.
