SkyUI menus are too tall - cut off top & bottom

Hi all,

It appears I have successfully completed STEP v2.0.0 install, but SkyUI is cut off top and bottom of my display, which runs at 21:9 (3440x1440) native resolution. I am very worried about undoing all of the work I've just completed - does anyone know of a non-invasive fix?
