Instructions no longer match.
There are 2 main files, and no Update file.

I'm assuming FNV Clean Animations - Anniversary Edition is correct:

FNV Clean Animations, but minus overlapping custom animation files with hitman's Anniversary Anim Pack mod. Install AFTER Anniversary Anim pack.

Instructions should be updated to:

Download and install the FNV Clean Animations - Anniversary Edition file and the optional FO3 Weapons Patch. Choose [Merge] when Prompted.
