No, works with all landscape mods. This is included in Cathedral Landscapes for SE. Just adding it to LE as an individual mod.

About blended roads for SE, I remember seeing somewhere that the version included in Cathedral Landscapes (v1.6) is outdated and that v1.7 fixes some really bad terrain seams.

That's a great mod! I've tried quite a few and Blended Roads (LE) makes for the best, most realistic, roads.
