To put it simply, I combined what I thought are the best .ini tweaks and map mods and put it in an easy to follow guide.

 

I just redid the whole mod page and updated it so it works with the latest Skyrim version.

Fairly nice compilation! Good that you offer rather something like a guideline though. Everything needs some customization ;)

I would argue for the purposes of STEP that a BAIN installer would be more important than a NMM installer. I can build a BAIN installer, but as for NMM - never used it, and I don't think I can get myself to work on a installer for that.
