Invisible/missing arm textures

I just got done installing the guide, and as soon as I got to Megaton, I noticed that Simm was missing arm textures. After further testing, I found that the same thing happens with Regulator armor. I used all the mods in the guide that were recommended and compatible, except Breeze's body replacer. I'm a bit flustered right now so I might be leaving out helpful info, but I can supply some if need be. Thanks for any and all help.
