Weird Issue with Raider Armor/Skin

Not sure which is the problem, a skin texture mod or an armor texture mod, for this one.

 

Basically, for certain raider armors, most frequently the Raider Painspike armor, the skin is a pale white for the main body.  The head and hands are fine though.  And it's not a "white as in the absense of the texture" but like the skin is either over-saturated or set to the palest possible setting.  

 

ArchiveInvalidated is set up and working, so I simply must have one of the texture packs mis-installed.  Was hoping someone could help me narrow down the list of suspects.

Here's a picture of Crow, the trader.  He's missing his brahmin, and his inventory is just 3 stimpacks.

Try using FO3Edit to look at the record for the NPC Crow and see if there is a mod that is making radical changes to him.
