This sound mod basically replaces a very short catacomb ambient sound loop with a longer, deeper (low frequency), "scarier" ambient sound loop.

Why do authors insist on offering sound mods, but no other way to preview it besides downloading and installing?

It's not that different really ;)

 

It's a WAV file so you can at least listen to it without having to be in-game.
