SRLE Extended: Legacy of The Dragonborn

So I just made a mistake and I want to know if there is anyway to fix it. Long story short I got distracted at the end and accidentally applied changes to all the mods affected by No More Dragon LODs. Is there anyway to fix this and what can I expect now that I messed that up?

you would need to reinstall all the mods you edited but to be honest it shouldn't do anything bad all it has done is applied the LOD fix to all those esps.

Hey guys, I went for a stroll over to SSE after finishing this guide ONCE AGAIN ;)

I had grown so used to Vivid Weathers that I had completely forgotten what lake Inialta should probably look a lot like (somewhere in Canada, just a random photo I picked up):

That was ReShaded ENB and Dolomite weathers, RWT and the very new Spooky's Mountains and Skyrim 3D Trees and Flora (don't let the uninspiring name fool you, first time I've seen Vurt's trees beaten in both quality and balance with the game and it's still a WIP (you can tell, at times (like in those LODs) ;) Also the phenomenal Obsidian fogs that were recently added to the this guide in the LE version.

First time EVER I'm enjoying modding the SE. Time to load Legacy SE on top of it!

Bout 10-15 fps drop. Down to 40 at times, with everything maxed out, which means I'll have to compromise on ENB, maybe turn off some post effects, before I add more grass. And while after some more testing I still prefer these models to Vurt's in general, it's not true that the mod is overall more balanced thand SFO. It still has a long way to go, correcting placement, scaling trees and learning to not add to much unneeded things to the landscape. There are oaks almost as huge and vigorous as the Gildergreen in its hay-day appearing in the snow, in the middle of all-pine woodland.

Very nice and colorful :) Oh I just remembered now that I'm playing SSE again I can have FOUR builds to mod too

Oh, and if only I could add some obsidian fogs to my morrowind build... That's really what's missing!

Hi, I'm just installing this guide for the very first time, and am currently at the Enhanced Lighting for ENB mod, and at the bottom of that mod's section it says

LOOT Metadata Update Required:(this for after the esps have been merge)ELE_Legendary_Fs_Lite.esp - Set global priority to 76

I'm just wondering what exactly it means by after the esps have been merged, as it does not say to merge any esps for this mod before this section?

So I'm just wondering if it mentions this later on in the guide and I've simply missed it, or if I'm just being dumb and have done this simply as a part of the previous steps or what? Thanks

it refers to the part of the guide dedicated to merging plugins to reduce overall esp count but that come towards the end for now you can skip over that until you reach the Merge Plugins Standalone section.

Unless you want to keep the merge plugins section open and do the mergers as you get all the mods for each merge installed. That way you're able to test the build as you go. I may spoil the surprise in the end ;)

Is this error normal from crash fixes? I have gotten this error a few times while playing my character now and have verified that Crashfixes is installed and configured correctly as the guide instructed to do so. Out of curiosity for those that are actively playing how many crashes do you get while playing? just for reference so I know what to expect.

Skyrim has failed to allocate memory! Possibly running out of memory. Size / alignment of object being allocated was 5592580 / 0. Some things you can try:

1. Make sure ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true is set in enblocal.ini - if you don't have ENB then install ENBoost and enable this option.

2. Try set AlignHeapAllocate=0 in CrashFixPlugin.ini - if you get additional crashes then put back to 1.

3. If it's during ShowRaceMenu then close the menu from time to time to free memory.

4. Enable CustomMemoryBlock in CrashFixPlugin.ini to reduce memory fragmentation.

5. If it's during ShowRaceMenu then disable UseOSAllocators=1 and re-enable after character creation is completed.

Instantkor hi! To be perfectly honest with you i seldom get ctd, unless i have played for hours...then memory issue. I have removed some mods here (personal preference) but with many added on top. We used to use custommemoryblock, but with win 10 uncapping this was removed....in terms of this i defer to memnoch, who has a greater understanding. I use a tool called jetclean that optimizes memory after each game session and i ensure that i remove all game saves after each session and place in a backup folder, and then copy/paste the latest back into save game folder. I found for me too many saved games ess played havoc with my game memory if in the default folder...cannot verify if that applies to all. Any way these are just my experiances
