Any good overhauls I should look at for Fallout 4?

So, here's my tentative modlist for a first playthrough. I'm particularly focusing on settlement stuff because I already know I'mma love that feature. Hoping to get some feedback on "must haves" I'm missing or stuff that could be dropped.

 

GOALS: Balanced, compatible, polished, little/no redundancy

 

 

**ON THE FENCE ABOUT**  
Homemaker (redundant with a lot of vanilla items?)  
DDProductions' buildables, which apparently lack navmeshing and has complaints of not showing up in lists  
Place Everywhere, crashing reports

Not sure if these things are what you're interested in, but I'd like to recommend my own mods, primarily Cut Weapon Mods Restored. That mod obviously adds in a lot of mods that Bethesda cut for whatever reason, so they're all pretty lore friendly, and the other mods are generally either fixes or improvements to things.

 

If you do decide that you want any of them, then I'd wait until I release the next updates (which should be pretty soon), as I rebuilt the mods in the Creation Kit and added Far Harbor support.

Sorry, I have been away for about five days without any electronics. Yes I use it and it changes the acoustics of where you are with reverb and echo.  Outside you get a nice echo to gunshots as it should be. Same for inside and with differences in the type of area you are in, stone or wood for example.

 

It adds a new element that was not used or tweaked to its fullest in the original game.
