i need help installing enbs with mo

i get the error that the enbhost.exe failed to start or it pops up but it wont stop popping up like it continuously pops up that window till i close skyrim so i would appreciate any help   ill attach my mod list

Is Skyrim installed in Program Files?

Did you place the ENB files in the root Skyrim directory?

What extension are you using to start the game via MO?

no its installed on external HDD and yes but will try a fresh download and move them back 

and what do u mean by extensions like hilago boost???

and what would u recommend me putting the video memory size to in enblocal.ini if in the vramsize.exe says 3201 for dx9 and 3904 for dx11

First, you shouldn't be running hilago boost. If you are, get rid of it.

 

Extension... SKSE, Skyrim Launcher, etc. You should be using SKSE to launch the game.

 

If the tool says 3201, put in 3201.
