Raider type 3 body textures are not right

What did I do wrong here? I am assuming I should have installed raider body textures for the type 3 body somewhere along the way and missed it. Does this error have something to do with FCO in any way?

Edit: Nevermind, I installed the clean raider textures. I didn't know they would be THAT clean, heh. Derp.
