I have an issue with my setup. After generating terrain lods with xLODgen I have flickering or overlapping maybe, I don't know. No distant terrain mesh for river from inside a city

I'm having a problem with the river outside Whiterun when viewed from inside Whiterun. Parts of the river do not have distant terrain for some reason. I'm 101.4% positive it's something I'm doing wrong, but I don't what to do to fix it. Here's a sample as viewed from the rocks beside the Skyforge.... -
