  1. In the past, I've used body mods, armor and clothing, EnaiRim full(includes Sacrosanct) and stuff with it, but this Guide is incredibly plugin heavy and I had to cut back on what I installed because there's just not enough room on the limit to fit a lot of stuff that isn't an .esl. I'm sure there's ways around that, but I don't mess with merging. As for the crashing, I can't help with that, unfortunately.
  2. I have all of those, except the worldspace transition one, which I believe was omitted on purpose? It's ok. If it won't hurt anything, I'll just leave it, because painting landscapes as mentioned above isn't fun, I'd rather be playing the game. So long as I don't randomly fall through one we're good. thanks for the heads up though.
  3. Oh good. Any idea on how to fix this then? I didn't fall through the world or anything when walking over it(yeah, I tested that) but it's still a pretty big seam.
  4. I'm standing right next to it. I can't check the spot for Langley's cabin as his quest hasn't triggered yet and it doesn't spawn in until then. Solution for issues with that area though involve load order, so I'll solve that when and if I need to. The only landscape edits that I'm aware of are near snowpoint beacon up on the mountain and there's a patch Elianora made to fix bloodchill manor so you can actually get in because the edits cover the entrance. But you never know. I, in my great wisdom, neglected to test this without Inigo installed. All else fails I can start a new game with him disabled and see if it's still there?
  5. Ok I'll take a look. IIRC, the only place that Inigo edits is the mountain up near the one tower where Langley's cabin ins(of course the location slips my mind) and this is in the Reach. I'll go find it again.
  6. Not sure of the exact location off the top of my head, but it's near Karthspire. The map marker is right at Karthspire. Suppose I could go find it again and figure out how to get the coordinates...
  7. What is up with this? Started seeing them occasionally. First one was inside the Tundra homestead(under one of the beds, not sure it's supposed to be there or not) but I figured meh, maybe just modeling issues. Then I saw this one. Opposite bank of the river, can't miss it. There's others as well, this was just the first one I screenshotted. Anyone know how I can fix it? Running the full guide minus CCOR/CACO, and only added two mods after(KS Hair and Inigo).
  8. Ok guys I'll give those a try. Appreciate the help!
  9. Is there anything I can do about it until the ENB supports night eye? Otherwise my assassin is going to have to shelved.
  10. OK perfect, I'll give that a try in a few moments actually. Edit: is that the root Skyrim directory? Because I don't have an ENBseries folder in there. But I do have the ENB installed(I know because I can toggle it on and off in game). Edit again, I am idiot, it's not in the data folder, it's in the root directory. Your filetree example threw me off. It's skryrim special edition\enbseries\weather. Editing rather than making a new post: It helped a bit during daylight hours but nighttime is still insanely dark and I think it might be the lighting mods. That's on the bridge outside Riverwood. And I hear this ENB doesn't support Night Eye so that's not a valid workaround yet. Advice? I don't remember my last guide install being quite this dark(I installed last in 2020).
  11. Hello! I'm looking for a solution as well as leaving some feedback on the lighting situation (yeah, this again). I calibrated my monitor and set brightness sliders to midlike suggested, but it pitch black at night and in dungeons making it incredibly difficult for my visually impaired self to see. It's making my assassin play through a nightmare to the point where I tried turning off the ENB entirely (heavy) which seems to fix it somewhat in shadowy areas, but not at night, and everything looks miscolored without it, IE grass in the Reach looks bright freaking green(doesn't with the ENB). Is there anything I can do to alleviate this? I appreciate what you're trying to do with it, and I kinda like it, but it's sorely hindering my play. And no, torches and candlelight don't really help. I play third person and they're just not very bright at all. Not expecting daylight brightness at night, but I'd like to be able to see, for example, the rocks I'm running into. Tried to do Silent Moons camp at night, got to the top of the stairs and couldn't see the entrance to the dome and somehow got stuck, unable to get out lol.
  12. Alright. Yeah I have the room for that, but I'll need to move the mod archives to my hdd. And get a new SSD for future proofing haha. Perfect. Off to install.
  13. Probably a dumb question, but how big is the finished install for the AE guide? The guide page, I didn't notice a fully installed size on the drive. My old STEP set up(with some extra mods) was about 80 gigs, and I want to know(if possible) how big a base STEP install is, so I know if it'll fit on my current SSD. If this is the wrong forum for this, apologies.
  14. Awesome. I'll get on that tomorrow. Love how the guide made my game look and it'll give me my fix til it's fully updated. Is DynDOLOD working or should I skip that?
  15. While I'm waiting for the guide to be updated for AE(because for some reason my SE install is beyond hope) is there any way I can go about installing *only* the graphical improvements? Like, just the textures and the like? Or do I need the CR patches and all the .dll plugins and stuff for that, too? If I'm stuck on this edition without wanting to muck with it too much, I'd like to at least have the graphical updates. Or am I just an idiot asking? Not the most savvy modder but I really *really* miss how pretty my skyrim was.
  16. Some of the plugins are already being updated. I think it's Engine Fixes? And Address library are already updated. It'll take a while to fix it. In the meantime, my STEP install is broken. Entirely. The downgrader didn't work. And so I patiently wait for an update to the guide so I can reinstall it.
  17. Good, just checking. Not everyone is going to to be, so I figured post it. <3 I'm curious as to how it'll affect the guide though because I'd wanted to update. :/ but I can't justify breaking my install.
  18. Just saw a post on reddit from one of the SKSE guys stating that the anniversary update is going to break SKSE and all its plugins due to using a different compiler(visual studio 2019 VS 2015).
  19. Aight. here's hoping my install doesn't break... (it's age has me concerned lol) Oof. NONE of my SKSE plugins loaded after I updated. I was under the impression I didn't have to update those too? Someone on a discord server told me the address library would mean I didn't need to update everything else.. I'm gonna guess they're lying. /sighs Now to try fixing it. Tracked it down to RaceMenu, but after updating I can't get the error alert in MO2 to go away. It says "run the game again" which I've done a few times, and it still won't go away.
  20. This is probably a really stupid question, but when updating SKSE can I just drop the files into my folder and have them work, or do I need to do the other steps in the Guide as well? I'm looking to install a mod that requires a newer version of SKSE than I have. 😞
  21. Ok, great. Thanks!
  22. I use Vokrii in combination with 0.3.0b. I prefer this one over other perk mods I've tried, including Enai's other perk overhaul, Ordinator. He's gone out of his way to make it compatible with other mods of his, including Triumvirate, which adds "raw magic" damage type spells(hence the one perk in the destruction tree). His vanilla plus mods are all designed to work with each other as well(i have a couple others installed, too). He did manage a few tweaks, like sneak multipliers are changed(bows reduced, daggers/1h increased). I don't have the CACO or CCOR patches installed(didn't even know they were there tbh) so I'll have to grab those and see if they clear up my only couple of issues with it(CCOR smithing being overwritten etc). I personally think it's be a nice addition, and if you've got questions you could probably hop on his discord to ask. Think Enai's on break at the moment though.
  23. Odin has gone through a few nerf bats as well, hitting spells that hit too hard(Taldams scorcher was an offender) or were too effective (think some of resto got hit too). I play with it. It doesn't add too many spells compared to other spell packs, improves vanilla spells, and all the new spells are able to be purchased, outside a couple loot only spells, so you can effectively ignore them if you'd like. I think there might be a bug or two left, but Enai is usually spot on fixing anything that comes up that isn't due to a quirk in the engine. Overall, I like it, and currently have it installed.
  24. Also sorry for necroing, but how would I go about adding a bashed patch after the fact? I've added a bunch of clothing mods that add to the leveled lists and the only way I'm able to obtain most of them now is console because of the leveled list thing. My install is almost a year old now and I don't like the idea of redoing it just to add a bashed patch before a certain step in redoing the guide.
