  1. I have waited for over 30 minutes (actually did my workout whilst waiting) and did not budge. I decided to redo the last 3 steps of the guide from scratch by deleting all mods and reinstalling them and it finally worked. I most likely have messed up something at some point but I just don't know what. Thanks for your quick answer though, really much appreciated!
  2. Hey! I've been using STEP for many years now and had a few years of pause before coming back to it. I decided to go from scratch after formatting my computer and followed the guide to the letter and installed everything within it. I went the ENB route. When I arrived to the Performance Tuning part, I followed all instructions but that 3. Launch SkyrimSE (I assume using SKSE) Skyrim simply loads infinitely on the main menu. It's clearly not frozen as the fog stills goes on and the loader moves but it won't ever do anything. The console is not accessible so I really don't know what to do at this point. I just want to point out that I had to deviate slightly from the guide because some mods were updated and the guide was not so there were a few mods where it was not possible to follow the guide to the absolute letter. Thanks for your help!
  3. This mod gives really neat bug fixes that goes without saying. I just think that it may be possible to have the fixes without more bugs. Maybe trying to reach out to the mod author? At least giving a fair warning inside the Detailed instructions of the guide would be nice. I am not entirely convinced I would have installed this mod had I been warned beforehand of the potential issues.
  4. Hey! So I have been using this mod for some time now and it creates several issues that are quite annoying. Multiple users have reported the following issues: - Player headtracking broken. - Flickering ENB. - Crash report when closing the game: I had this once but mine was a little bit different. It completely crashed the game on launch and refused to start once. It worked when relaunching it. The report was targeting specifically this mod. I don't know if the modder is still working on it but as of today it seems not stable enough even if the features are great.
  5. Hey! Skyrim Battle Aftermath SE is a great mod that adds a few (but massive) battleground scenes around Skyrim. It does not add any quest nor item, just some immersive scenery. The idea is to give depth to the ongoing civil war in Skyrim since we see nothing of it outside of the related quest line. Nexus Link I've been using it for some time and visited most battlegrounds, so far I had no bugs but more testing is most likely required!
  6. I have been using this mod as well and so far it worked flawlessly. I did not encounter any bug. Considering there are no scripts I don't see why it wouldn't work anyway. It adds a nice touch to the game, is light-weight and is lore-friendly so it seems like a great thing to add in my opinion!

  8. I can't edit my last post so I have to create a double post. To fix the issue I encountered you need to delete your AppData/Local/LOOT folder (create a back-up first just in case). Then run LOOT without MO, close LOOT and run LOOT through MO. Courtesy of AL12 from the official MO Discord channel.
  9. Hello! I reported it in another thread (which I may edit since I found this one) but using LOOT 12.5 seems to be a problem with ModOrganizer. MO breaks LOOT 12.5 (I'm going to try with legacy 1.3 MO) so it doesn't really solves the issue right now. I'll keep you updated on this MO2/LOOT 12.5 conflict.
  10. So I asked on the official LOOT repository (found here https://github.com/loot/loot) and it seems they totally removed the priority value. If you want it anyway you need to use LOOT 12.5 but unfortunately it seems LOOT 12.5 doesn't work with ModOrganizer. For some reason (which I believe is the instance MO creates) MO needs to run Skyrim but this messes with LOOT preventing access to a specific file.   11. Hello! I'm currently setting up STEP for my game, I think it's the fourth time I'm going through the guide so I'm used to it now. Problem is: this mod seems to have several issues. First of all it has 197 ITM which seems extremely high (I don't remember any plugin having this many ITM), maybe there should be some info on the guide about whether or not we should clean it. A more global issue is that LOOT doesn't seem to offer the possibility to modify the priority value for a given mod, which is a big issue with STEP since it requires us to modify it at several times, including for this mod.   12. I don't know if this has already been reported but there is an issue in S.T.E.P. Guid v2.2.9.2: - Step 2.D. tags "Trade and Barter" as core mod. (Meaning it MUST be installed) - Between Step 2.D and Step 2.E the user is encouraged to do a Benchmark - The benchmark is impossible to realize with the current mod configuration: "Trade and Barter" explicitly needs SkyUI to be installed and SkyUI is only installed in Step 2.E, making the Benchmark not respect the mod list or simply impossible to do. (As a critical mod dependency is missing, it will result in a CTD at launch)
  13. Hello everybody, I'm sorry to ressurect this thread after a complete month of inactivity but I believe my question belongs in this thread. So I tried to search on S.T.E.P.'s forums without any luck, i beg your pardon if this has already been answered somewhere else. As much as I love S.T.E.P. the lack of real body replacer annoys me a lot (XCE is certainly not a body replacer, only a mere vanilla improvement, if there is any in my opinion) and I would like to install CBBE (preferably) on my side, but I definitely do not want to mess up with S.T.E.P. so could you give me some advices to install CBBE and make it work smoothly with S.T.E.P. please ? Thanks :)
