  1. Latest and greatest news: Dual Sheath Redux is almost complete! Three things left to do: 1. Uninstall Testing / Clean Up Code 2. Meshes For All Vanilla Content 3. Dragonborn Workaround (since Dragonborn isn't readable by SkyProc yet) This means that the mod is fully functional right now with no issues that I can find other than the above.
  2. I don't use the main files myself just the optionals ATM.
  3. I can see hitting 6gb no problem at 5760x1080.
  4. I really like it personally.. especially when running around Castle Volkinar. Harkon looks really imposing with the new armor. I guess it just depends on how said person envisions vampires.
  5. No... there was a different file but he removed it (and thus I removed the note). Changelog still shows it though.
  6. Thanks, I'll remove the note for now then.
  7. I really like this texture packs, but as Starac stated before... some of is great, some is horrible, and some just doesn't fit. Lots of conflicts with various mods. Making decisions on this one is a huge pain... but worth it. In the process of evaluating 1.4 for SR now myself. Been using 1.3 before that.
  8. Correct. DDSOpt is more thorough/complex.
  9. I was afraid this might be the case.
  10. Probably should be iMaxGrassTypesPerTexture=6 And again I've gotta say this is amazingly detailed work. This had to take a lot of hours to put together. Go back to the guide and read right below that tweak. :) Spelling is intentional.
  11. Yeah I saw this on Gophers feed. Awesome.
  12. Thanks for posting screens. :) Have I ever mentioned that a 9 hour work day with 3 hours of driving is a real downer? Bleh. Hate when work is slow and sitting here bored and wanting to mod.
  13. Heading home from work now... excited to continue development on Dual Sheath Redux... reminds me why I became a programmer in the first place.
  14. A) Try removing the IntCellRef tweak from the INI. B) Try removing the z-fighting tweaks from the ini. Thanks, but I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Can you specify what .ini tweaks you're talking about? A) Skyrim.ini general:iLargeIntRefCount=262144 I think removing A should fix your issue by itself. Give it a try.

  16. Yeah SLI is nice for picking up ENB frame rates but does nothing in vanilla really. Very expensive enthusiasts only ;)
  17. For me it was opposite and switched from WB to MO so its subjective on which is better. I know the people running SR love the flexibility/power that MO provides.
  18. I would stick with Nvidia myself because of the driver features/tools but that's just my personal experience. 3gb is probably about the limit for Sky rim but you never know down the line/other games. Obviously I went with a 670 4gb (SLI) setup but depends on the prices out there ATM. I would definitely go 3gb+ and not 2gb. The real killer for Skyrim CTD issues is RAM not Vram so much. I've gotten up over 3.2gb VRAM before without a crash but not much more.
  19. Do you just do retex or description/logo art as well? I'm working a mod and planning to release soonish but I'm clueless on the graphic side of things. I've got an MCM menu with no logo and of course when I write the description on nexus logo's and things would help.
  20. For some reason none are loading for me. Is it in your public folder?
  21. Dropbox is what I use to post images myself. There is also photo bucket and a variety of others as well.
  22. Yeah sorry... no offense just a typo on my part. Fix it tonight when I get home. Edit: My phone managed to edit the wiki. :) Fixed.
