  1. It'll do that if you put that font tweak in and then don't install darnified UI.
  2. That's right so far, all you need to do now is tick it and it's fully loaded and good to go. Think of it like this: 1) You click the download with manager option. This downloads the compressed mod package and drops it in MO's 'downloads' folder. 2) You double click where you've downloaded it. This unpacks the mod archive and sets it up in it's own folder in MO's 'mods' folder. 3) You then 'active' that mod by ticking it in the left panel. Repeat for all the mods and you'll have STEP down perfect.
  3. No, cause whether you merge it or not that esp will be available and able to be moved around. But as said above, I always install that entire mod as component parts.
  4. For that mod, I install everything separately, just to make it easier to change stuff. So I'd install the armor one first as aMidianBorn Armor, then for example, use Rename and install Creatures as aMidianBorn Creatures etc. The content add-on is added separately as well. But Installing all of them into one merge works as well. Either way is perfectly workable.
  5. Yeah cause I was just coming in to say I was having none of those issues at all. Glad to see you sorted it.
  6. Excellent. Have been holding off till this was LOOTified to do another playthrough. I know what I'll be doing Sunday. :)
  7. Is it a case of it needing to see that Archive Invalidation Invalidated thing?
  8. Ah what happened to the raider is a known glitch. Have seen that happen even in Vanilla game. From memory it was a super mutant when I saw it last. Quite amusing.
  9. I always, when unsure, put them in separate folders. Then I look at the folder contents and decide based on that whether I could remove one and reinstall it merging into the other. And in your example with Tobes, I always thought that the SMIM Patch was actually patching the Tobes textures to fit SMIM Meshes, rather than Tobes patching SMIM.
  10. Are the actual NPC's to be found anywhere? They're not still hiding or chillaxing in the Bee and Barb or anything?
  11. The lightning bolt icon shows that there's files in that mod that are either overwriting or being overwritten by files in other mods. You can check what is doing what out by looking at the 'Conflicts' tab of the mod.
  12. Say Kelmych... Precision Collision - Clutter is in the list twice. :) Additionally, the link for High Res Nuka Cola retexture's pointing to the wrong mod. :)
  13. Yep, install it now and drag it up the left pane list till it's where it should be.
  14. It does mention at the start it's missing Boss/Bum notes. I've been going through and adding my own as I go through each 'group'.
  15. Have to agree with Brainfever on point 1. Not an enormous fan of Lings and Mikotos for eyes. They're handy for a few extra hair styles, if you can find decent textures. Was using LiL for eyes ages ago and I'd forgotten about it till I saw it mentioned above.
  16. You likely ran into the MO FOMOD installer bug. There's a bug fix for that on the Mod Organizer page.
  17. Unfortunately you'll likely always have a small (or bigger) neck seam. Just an Engine limitation. I usually install one of the mods that distributes necklaces etc to all the NPC's on cell load to get rid of some of the real bad ones.
  18. The old white faces on black bodies is a well known issue. Crack open the ini files and look for an entry like bloadfacegeHeadEGTfiles and change it to 1.
  19. I doubt it. It'll more likely be a Nexus file corruption issue. Cause none of the available installers are recognizing the file.
  20. Judging by Dark 0ne's August 19 post on the Nexus they know there's an issue and are working on it. There's a few people saying that they're having no issues using the experimental CDN, so maybe try that? Else I guess it's just wait it out...
  21. You probably only need to worry about that if you're adding any mods that are only on Steam, but not Nexus. None of the mods in STEP Core or Extended are in that category. However, I think if you use the REGS pack there may be a few Steam only mods in that.
  22. The others are only very small. If I were a betting man, I'd say Nexus is having issues with files >2 meg or so again.
  23. Honestly sounds like a Nexus SNAFU if you've downloaded manually and it still wont play nice.
  24. I work in electronics repair. I've heard similar sort of things there, believe me. So i can share your pain in a reflected sense.
