To save you guys time I've done a little comparison with current STEP textures - which come from SRO with an exception of the banner, which is Designs of the Nords - and here are the results. Bear in mind I've done them for my own benefit, on my current playthrough MO profile, which involves ELE, ELFX and Skylight ENB, so if this is to be considered for STEP, a proper compare session is required. I agree that by itself it's not worth an esp, but I suspect it's just a few edits to the spells so that they reference different textures. I'll probably download it and copy the esp changes into my personal patch file. :) Small change, but I like it. Little things like this that add flavor and more diversity to the game are a nice touch. +1 :)

This only allows for the ESPs to be activated in Skyrim's launcher window. No need if you use any mod manager.

It sounds absolutely great, but I caught this in the comments: So it seems rather useless mod until DB support is implemented.

This mod basically changes the visual conjuration spell effect in your hand, depending of which one you have equipped. Each Conjuration spell that summons a creature has been changed to have a color associated with it. This makes it easier to tell what spell you are using. 3 examples here, more on the mod page. Looks good!  Â

I believe that Neo has a working solution for this in SR:LE but we could test other variations as well.

No worries. I did check with my modlist and had to make patches for Hearthfire and Realistic Water Two. Can provide on request :) I also tested this mod with RND and it's working great, no glitches or bugs at any of the wells.

I suggested making a merged version. See if the author likes that idea :)
