  1. OK try leaving resources out of the mix, one more esp file but since LOOT sorts according to masters it should still sort ok.
  2. Thanks, REGS does work with SR:LE but you have to remove Books of Skyrim as it clashes with Nernies.
  3. First are your plugins in the correct order in TES5Edit before you make the merge, second try leaving renumber form IDs ticked, none of those patches are masters so you should be fine. Once your patch is formed without any error messages as you have shown in your pic then right click the merged patch and select check for errors and provided that works alright then you should be good to go.
  4. Not enough information to tell what you did wrong, you have checked for missing masters in wrye bash and TES5Edit I assume if that is not the problem and you have not added or updated any other mods after running ASIS and DSR (SUM) then the next likely area could be the files in your common/skyrim folder. Check the skyproc stuff first though because it is a likely cause if your masters are all fine. P.S. No offense, but looked at your file and thought OWW! Not looking through all that, it is usually the last few lines that show the problem though and with a quick look there my guess it is your ASIS patch or possibly the DSR one. These must be run after you have finished installing all of your mods.
  5. I have never seen that window before, I assume you have the latest versions of TES5Edit and the script. I assume also that you have only selected the patches as seen in your screen shot. If those assumptions are indeed correct then I am at a loss as to what is happening. Perhaps ask in the main troubleshooting section of this forum under TES5Edit, one of the more technically minded users might be able to point you in the right direction. TES5Edit should be version 3.0.32 (which I see you have) and merge script version should be 1.65, on mine I see "Merge Script v1.65" at the top of my box when I run the script so that may very well be the problem. Otherwise I am flumoxed, especially as I have never seen this error mentioned on this site before, could be some kind of install error, I would try re-installing the script into the script folder of TES5Edit and see if that works other wise, ask in the main STEP troubleshooting forum.
  6. All packs are designed to work with STEP Core and Extended that was the point of making them.
  7. OK I have put together the list of plugins you need in the correct order with instructions for LOOT. Make sure that what you have matches this exactly. Manually move all your patches into the correct order and then merge them. Hope this finally gets you where you want to be.
  8. Use the load order on the pack page, just manually move all the patches into the same order that is on the page missing out the ones you don't need (SR only) do this in the right hand pane, then launch TES5Edit and select and merge all the patches. Only merge the ones in the top list not the ones for Interesting and Inconsequential NPCs and of course not Requiem.esp itself. Then right click on Requiem Patch Central in the left hand pane, and select Information, in the Optional esp tab move all of the merged plugins up into the optional folder, this will remove them from your load order in the right hand pane. Move your new merged plugin from overwrite into Requiem Patch Central. Then run LOOT and all will be fine. LOOT will place the merged patch after all of it's masters and place the other un-merged patches in the right places for the same reasons, after the file's masters. Then you will be golden.
  9. Yes those are fine but you have a few missing. Please compare your list to the one on the pack page, leave out the SR only ones but you need all the rest.
  10. Remove the plugins in red you don't need them, can't find Requiem - Hard Times but there is the Requiem - USKP Patch so if that is the case also remove Requiem - Hard Times - SCRR Patch.esp (in yellow), I can't find the patches for Interesting and inconsequential NPCs. Please only use the plugins shown on the pack page, these patches often come with more than one patch in them and the purpose is to then choose which one / ones you need based on what mods you have. If not using Hard Times then don't have any patches with Hard Times in them. If not using Skyrim immersive Creatures then don't use patches with SIC in them. AS for LOOT I have sent you instructions for that. See yellow part in above post.
  11. Do not Merge Requiem.esp but everything else after it here is part of my load order for Requiem. This is based on SR:LE plus REGS (most of) and Requiem, plus a few extras hopefully it will illustrate what you are looking for. There are few self made patches for followers and my own Requiem Conflict Resolution patch which is an evil necessity (hard work but worth it), this is something you need to learn how to do. But first make sure you a) Have a fully working version of STEP Extended. b) Have a fully working version of STEP Extended + REGS. Before getting busy with Requiem. I am making some more changes to the guide with respect to REGS as some of the quest mods may well be worth having as they are still extremely hard, just got my arse handed to me in the temple of black rock OUCH that mod does exactly what it says on the tin.
  12. Yes it is looking good, I have changed my description as it was out of date somewhat and is now much shorter.
  13. Um there is some guidance on the Requiem pack about going with STEP and REGS. Unfortunately many of the quest mods do not have compatibility patches as yet, but then again may not need them it all depends on the keywords that each mod uses - vanilla etc... Which is why I suggest not using them as Requiem presents enough challenge as is. That said I am using them in my current play through. Not using Fight against the Thalmor mods but everything else. Which means ETaC complete with Dragon Bridge South and with Inns as RRR is not compatible with Requiem. Looks good so far. I will report back if I find some compatibility issues. Though mot necessarily soon.
  14. ETaC's patches merge easily and well, no erors. As do Requiem's. It is probably useful to merge as many as possible so that you have as few plugins as possible, or is there no trith to the rumor that skyrim is more stable the less plugins it loads. I certainly find that to be consistent with experience.
  15. True, but I guess you can safely merge the plugins that you do have on that list, his list incorporates STEP mods and a ton of others.
  16. I've tried this mod and it does dramatically increase the size, in that it is easy to become a little lost. It does work generally and has some great design but there are numerous bugs and evidence of incomplete work e.g. doors not working or missing. My main gripe at this stage though is that it does not look lively and bustling, instead it seems relatively empty and drab. In time it may well be improved in these areas but I've gone back to DoW and JK's as they give the feel of a lively trading city. I will be tracking though.
  17. Don't use the STEP Requiem patch. Its out of date, I have not removed it from the guide because frequently absent co-author of the pack built that and I need him to make a decision about it. Best not to use it for now.
  18. You use the legendary plugin for closefaced helmets from the requiem patch, not the other ones.
  19. Sigh! So few things to look at, and so much time.
  20. OK I guess in the first instance that you do not have ELE-Interior Lighting Merged.esp in the right place. If you are using LOOT you will need to load this after Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp. When using SR:LE avoid LOOT. Potentially it provides a load order that has less conflicts than BOSS provides but Neo has built his pack on BOSS and so LOOT will not fit perfectly yet. I'M sure that NEO is testing LOOT, not literally as I type but it would mean a good deal of editing in the guide as well as confidence in the results.
  21. Oh I might have been trying one of the standalone YASH modules which would have been the Open Encounter zones one which worked well, got chased out of Bleak Falls Barrow by some angry draugr. Then had to help Riverwood population survive the Draugr invasion whoops. But that load order is quite old now and very different from current use. Latest strategy is to let LOOT sort it all then use TES5Edit to build a compatibility patch - more to come on that.
  22. They are I was talking about a build around YASH rather then Requiem. But that mod is very out of date now, could do with a touch of modernizing. Anyway this is an old thread.
  23. Not sure when 1.8 will be out but there are some changes in the works. You can install the cloaks mods without an issue though they are more useful if you have frostfall. Depending on whether of not you have wet & cold you will need to adjust what parts of the mod that you install, hopefully that will be clear on the pack page. No isssue with game and bashed patch will help.
  24. What version of Requiem are you using? In the latest version (which has been out for a while 1.73) you can activate Sven and Faendal as followers using the MCM menu which will then ensure compatibility with TCIY. No reason to use old and out of date patches.
  25. In the order shown on the table. The point of packs is that can be installed after STEP CORE. otherwise you could put them into 2G Landscape and Environment using alphabetical ordering as STEP does, As long as the order shown in the table on the pack page is kept.
