I started enjoying watching all sort of funny or weird videos much more than regular gameplay, because frankly the latter is frustrating. Anyway, after Robbaz I think I found another gem.

I have to stop watching streams or looking at screenshots, it's depressing as hell. The textures are absolutely awful. When I saw a screenshot of a brick wall I wanted to cry. A few times I was really unsure whether Skyrim had more detailed ones than this. The ground textures are flat blurry puddles of mess. How could they not come up with something better than that four years later??!!!!

Have they really transferred the lip sync bug to Fallout 4? That's hillarious in a pretty sad way. Whoa, what's up with those graphics? Why is it so oversaturated with some weird ass fog filter on top of everything? That looks like... well, ****. I can't find any more suitable word.

I know and I use it, but some of the textures are completely different. For example, Manga's mod replaces some of the sunset textures with normal white clouds...

I've just gotten to check the files and have to say I am pretty disappointed that the textures didn't change one bit. I am not 100% certain, but I think the author claimed they would be improved and in much higher resolution in the original announcement. Some of them are flat out horrible blurry mess.

Are we both talking about Github? Because using Google account to log in is possible in the old site, which I used plenty.

Looks like the textures are really bigger this time (not necessarily of higher quality from what I could see in some of the screenshots though :(). I thought the game was significantly bigger because of more voice stuff, but it seems like it's not the case. I'm really curious about the launch.

I am pretty sure it's caused by any of MO's updates in the last few months, because aside from updating mods I haven't changed my setup one bit. (and I did try with no mods profile too)

I never noticed anything weird with NPCs speaking, but I am probably lucky not to pay attention to this stuff. Anyway, I hope Bethesda learned at least a little bit from Skyrim and will not leave such bugs in the game that modders cannot fix.

In my case, the same lines are added regardless of settings. I don't think so. If it did, Notepad++ would remind me the file changed (I have both inis permanently open for some nonsense reasons).

Not true. I have just tried and the lines are being added regardless.

It is MO. That's all I know. I don't have anything running that's touching the files. And I haven't used WB for over a year. I do however regularly update MO, and it apparently was after an unspecified update when it started to happen.
