-sigh- Naked bandits
Noobsayer replied to Noobsayer's question in Guide Support & Bug Reports (retired)
Hmm well I only had time for a quick test. I suppose it's possible I hit the "no naked bandit" lottery and there are actually still problems with my game, lol. I did redo my skyproc stuff too though after rebuilding bashed patch just for funsies. -

Mine would often be wearing cloaks and bandoliers only, lol. -
Immersive Stables on Nexus by FatalXSin Adds a stable behind all the inns so you don't leave your horsie out in the cold. Won't get a chance to test until tonight but looks promising :)

I forgot I had started my conflict resolution patch over awhile back. I had not bash tagged it. Doing that and rebuilding bashed patch fixed my nakie bandit issue. :) -
SKYRIMLE New Forest Atronach - by Ren by Rengel
Noobsayer replied to rootsrat's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
While I strongly prefer Ren's because of the stylistic choices (I also have a house mod that makes looking at these guys very easy) I don't think I can say they are necessarily better from a technical standpoint. -
While it technically adds to the game I consider this more of a fix (and therefore belonging in Core) because houses with fireplaces and no chimneys are broken. My 2 coppers.

That is damn sexy. THANKS. <3

There's a Point the Way sign sticking out of a tent at the Cyrodil border for me. Fire pit is kinda inside a tree too, but I dunno if it's because I use regular SFO rather than basic. I tested without ini tweaks just for funsies. EDIT: That should have read WITH AND without. Sleepy posting ftl. EDIT 2: I'm not seeing a conflict in TES5Edit. Vanilla signpost?

Yeah I did that and you did not carry over cuirass/boots for some of the outfit records involving bandits, so mine was the same. Like I said I was doing this late so I don't remember if I rebuilt my bashed patch or not, though. Could that potentially be the problem? I admit I don't actually know how they work, other than to make mods that change leveled lists play nice together. The ones I was using to test were outside Helgen, using the "camping in the woods" start. They were definitely harder to kill so OBIS seemed to be working on THAT front, and SOME of them were fully clothed but not all. Running around a bunch more in other random places I had the same problem with mostly nakie bandits. Thanks for the response :) -
So I have made the compatibility edits to the OBIS stuff, including outfits. A lot of bandits are running around with just a cloak and weapons, or just a cloak and weapons and bandoliers. I noticed that cuirasses etc. were not pulled into the compatibility patch for several entries ... should I do that? I looked at Neo's dropbox version to compare and I don't see it carried over there so ... I'm a bit lost trying to figure out where I went wrong =/ EDIT: Wait, I wonder if it's because I didn't rebuild my bashed patch? Will try that tonight.

I realized I forgot to ever respond to this and it's probably past usefulness now, but I still love Seasons of Skyrim (Tribute my preference, nice fantasy/reality mix imo).

SKYRIMLE Immersive NPC in the Dark (by hacknpaint)
Noobsayer replied to Ganda's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Looks like it has a few kinks still (someone reporting issues with the Companions questline) but definitely something to keep an eye on. -
Because I didn't realize it existed. :B lol thanks I'm guessing you have to be logged into the wiki to see that.

I take TOTAL credit for the circlets thing. Well, except for the actually making the mod thing. :P I planted the seed though! lol I think she's gonna look at jewelry too. -

Stable uGridsToLoad (by Altimor)
Noobsayer replied to hellanios's question in Other Utilities Support
Great, thanks a bunch :) -
Been using these and heartily agree. They don't conflict with Real Water Two, improved puddles or vurt's flora stuff (not even the regular edition). The only thing that'd need to be looked at is maybe Lanterns of Skyrim, because I use ELFX Exteriors instead (which it doesn't conflict with either, incidentally).

ACCEPTED Gemling Queen Dragon Claws (by Saerileth)
Noobsayer replied to Noobsayer's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Yay, thanks! I should note that this is the transparent version of Gemling. The difference between it and the solid is very subtle imo, you really need to see movement to tell, but when moving, the transparency is noticeable/better imo. -

Noobsayer replied to hellanios's question in Other Utilities Support
So you don't have problems with stuff triggering/being over before you get there/see it etc.? -
Stable uGridsToLoad (by Altimor)
Noobsayer replied to hellanios's question in Other Utilities Support
I have a question about higher ugrids in general with this baby. Since my computer can actually handle this now (I played around with a testsave and performance was fine), if I do this am I likely to miss cutscenes n such because they're triggered too far away for me to notice? Any downsides to higher ugrids other than performance?
