So I tried the trick above and it tells me there are no logs. Was trying to check to see if the new unofficial patches updates required more patching/if that section was done yet. Small mod patches I'm comfy doing myself but I the unofficial patches are so complicated they scare me :P

Compares, no ENB. Still think these should be moved to testing. Let me know if anybody wants more closeups or whatever. Ruby > Diamond > Sapphire > Emerald > Glass > Glass Closeup VANILLA IMPROVED GEMSTONE CLAWS GEMLING QUEEN -
ACCEPTED Enhanced Skyrim Factions - Companions Guild (by DreamKing)

I looked at the "requirements only" version in TES5Edit and I do not see any NPC edits. -
Clothing and Clutter Fixes fixes this.

Yep, you can even pick what multiplier it uses independently ... so if you want inventory time to pass more slowly than say, reading time, you can do that.

This mod's name should be updated in the title thread. It's now called "Living Takes Time" and has (toggleable and customizable) options so that inventory, crafting, eating, levelup, lockpicking etc. take time AND are blockable in combat. While I think some are a bit immersion-breaking (I don't actually think of my character going into a magic menu or leveling up skills) I LOVE the idea of crafting and eating and lockpicking etc. taking time. The first mod worked flawlessly so I'm pretty excited about the new incarnation.

EDIT: Wow. The ELE stuff really makes a noticeable (and noticeably better!) impact on interiors. -

Nah, they originally looked much better in inventory than they did in interior lighting. That's been fixed now, but it was there at first. -

TES5Edit I can manage, the CK is an arcane and terrifying beast. :B ... In retrospect I suppose I could have used a house display function for them. I still think the difference is pretty darn clear though. -

OK, all compares done inside the inn at Windhelm, ENB toggled off. Arrangement differs slightly simply because they fell off the table between reloads. Worth noting the beige glass in vanilla/Improved is teal in Gemling, to match glass armor. VANILLA IMPROVED GEMSTONE CLAWS GEMLING QUEEN TRANSPARENT (note, solid and transparent look very similar; the transparency is subtle so to see the difference you really need to shift them around in-game) -

They're just screengrabs from the original mods' page. The difference in quality doesn't change in the lighting -- it seems really obvious to me which one is superior. I can do other screenshots, I just didn't really see the point. -
:D perfect, thanks!

Oh my, that's a nice present :D Where would I look for a changelog? I hadn't added any of the newest stuff because I couldn't easily see what had changed. I know it's possible with a wiki I just dunno where to look :)

Noobsayer replied to Noobsayer's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
... Can I vote we move this to testing? They blow vanilla out of the water and while Improved Gemstone Claws were an improvement over vanilla too, they don't come close to touching the quality here. Vanilla dragon claws are kinda fugly to be such an important item plotwise. Compares Vanilla > Improved Gemstone Claws > Gemling Queen -

It's Winterheart II. For my personal use I plop in the DoF effect from Seasons of Skyrim because I like the strong DoF from there, lol. -

New transparent refracting ones are GORGEOUS in v 3.0. I had preferred solid before but these really need to be experienced in-game to get the full awesomeness. Still, here's a couple of screenies w/ a darker (therefore not even ideal for viewing) ENB. There are diamond in extreme closeup and glass (which is teal rather than the original amber, but more like glass armor) -
Least tedious way to find a corrupt mesh?

So just posting in case this thread came up in a search. Looks like I just had a bad download of Skyrim Flora Overhaul's snowy pine addon. It WAS causing the crash, but redownloading and using the new one fixed it. Thanks nexus. -

Gah. I guess I've been linking that yellow type to the item below it in my head. -facepalm- -

Hey Neo, Having doublechecked that I set up Mod Organizer according to your instructions, I still have to set "prefer" to Yes for the FOMOD installer to get Immersive Armors to install correctly. Otherwise I get like ... one ESP and that's it installed. Not sure why that is if you aren't needing to do it, but just posting in case that was something that got left out accidentally. :) -

That's because the patch hasn't been updated. The early versions of no snow didn't cover some cities. -
