i would like to know a good enb for my hardware that will work good with enboost and either a link to an install guide or telling me youself. 
Ive attached  my load order that was just sorted by LOOT

What are you looking for in an ENB Preset? There are some options out there but they're all fairly subjective to the user's tastes. Here are two:

No. That thing is a best regardless of version used. I have a GTX 760 with 4GB of VRAM and that ENB Preset even drops my performance too low for my liking.

You might try Vividian's Performance version. I only get ~10FPS loss with it.
