[WIP] Merge Plugins Standalone {PUBLIC BETA}

Question

I spent a few hours trying to figure what's wrong but couldn't make it work.

The main problem that I came across is when choosing "I'm using Mod Organizer" under integrations tab. Next time I run MP the background loader is finished but no plugins are loaded.

Here are the steps I'm taking:

When browsing for Papyrus flags the file "TESV_Papyrus_Flags" is not there. But if I browse using Windows it will show.

Not sure it that's an issue because if clicking "Detect Integrations" it will populate "Papyrus flags" with "TESV_Papyrus_Flags".

After the setup I close MP and when running it again it doesn't load any plugins. Initially running MP for the first time through Mod Organizer it will load all plugins from SRLE.

This happens also if I do a fresh install of MP and running it independently from MO but selecting "I'm using Mod Organizer"

My Skyrim is installed here:

C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

I'm using Windows 10 Pro

Go to the log tab when no plugins are loaded, right click, copy to clipboard, and paste it here.

Also, this really should have been in the main Merge Plugins Standalone thread, not a new thread.

Those images are very small, it makes it very difficult to see what it is you are trying to describe.

@mator

Merged the thread into the main thread.

Thank you so much Grant! :)

Would it be possible after a plugin has been merged to have it disable from the plugin load order?

Yes, it's planned.

Hi, when configuring integrations and selecting detect integrations, it finds the following for papyrus flag path:

C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\scripts\source\TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg

However that file is non-existent on my system. Is this a problem and if so where can I get the file?

Did you decompress the content of scripts.rar located in Skyim\data, which comes with the latest version of the Creation Kit ? That's how you're supposed to get this file.

Hm, I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I am using MO but the merge plugins only loads plugins from my Skyrim/data folder:

Did you run Merge Plugins through MO?

Haha no..... :whistling: (I am a little tired...making lots of patches, can't come up with anything else to say in my defense)

Hi Mator,

Thank you for a great tool. I got some errors when merging very simple plugins. I setup the Merge Plugins per Neo's guide Link

There was no error in the esps. Merge script 1.9.5 can merged them without error.

I looked at the ICH Patches merge.esp in TES5Edit and found several missing data.

Interesting. It's curious that no errors were found in the ESPs, and the script works but standalone fails. I'll have to look into this merge to see if I can get a better understanding of what's happening. Are you sure this isn't a load order/masters issue?

Thank you very much. There is no missing masters. LOOT sorted the load order.

Firs of all thank you for your hardwork on this great tool.

I have a question, though - Is Champollion PEX To Papyrus Decompiler still required? If so, how does one go about installing it / where should it be installed?
