Major stutters while using an enb

I have been getting major stutters when using an enb and have set my memory correctly.

I dont know why this is and also the strip is very laggy for me this load order and modlist is without the enb installed which was dynamo.

My Specs:

i5 4670k

8gb ram

Msi Gtx 970 4gb

If you're issue is primarily ENBoost, then you aren't alone. If you set ReduceSystemMemoryUsage to equal False in your enblocal.ini file and your stuttering goes away, then you are in the same boat as a bunch of us here on the STEP forums. I made a topic about it here: Link

 

If on the other hand your issue does not go away after setting the above line to False, then you have an entirely different issue.
